love seeing movies here with my family but there’s this person with curly hair and she is literally so pretty and would love to get to know her more but can’t find a way of asking for her snap or something so if she’s reading this then i would forever be happy 🩷💜💙

Visited this theater for the first time a little while ago and I was pleasantly surprised. They have nice comfy recliner seats and friendly staff. It's like going to the local theaters you may have visited as a child but with more comfortable chairs.

Small family owned theater. Theater itself isn't big, but the seats are. Best of all you have a ton of room for yourself and if your with someone, you can make it a love seat by putting up the arm rest. Best part........it doesn't break the bank. Choose this location over any of the big name corp locations

Love our local movie theater. A local gem. A family movie theater that doesn't break the bank! They have remodeled with new seats, some of the reclining. For those, like me, that prefer to avoid ling line and crouda, is perfect. Other local family business are walking distance for a stroll before orafter the movies.

I love the old school theater. Never update keep it just as it is.

We had a private birthday party. Denise and her team were phenomenal! Kids had an amazing time eating delicious popcorn and drinking unlimited soda. The entire team were committed to superb service and responded quickly to our needs. Wonderful experience!

Nice local theatre with new blockbuster movies, and reclining comfortable seats. Small, cozy theatres at a very good price. $6.00 before 5pm and $8.00 after. Its 3.00 additional for a 3 D movie.

This movie theater is very good.Ticket and food prices are unbeatable. I hope the community highly supports it so they never have close.

Been quite a while since I was last here. Nice to see the seats were updated to the power recliners. Friendly staff. Will return (sooner than the last time)!

$5 before 7pm-Great. Theater was clean, cold and the new seats are great. Got to lay back and relax. Three adults with large popcorn and two drinks and three movie tickets for under $30. It is my theater of choice.

Is what it is 2 kids running the place they did great. Movie may start late no biggie. For $8 a head it's worth it. Has a charm about it. Definitely see Bullet train!

Hidden 💎 gems are what I love! Now, this is not an extravagant, first class theater. It actually a quaint, cute little spot, in a great neighborhood. The best part....THE PRICE!!! $5.00 matinees, $7.00 regular price ! For first run movies. My sons and I had a blast.

Bathroom not as clean as I like.

Clean & comfortable seating. It's an older theatre and to a degree you get what you pay for. Yes it may look slightly dingy & dated inside but it IS clean, no funky smells. Yes, they do store boxes on the floor below the movie screens & unless you choose to sit in the front row the boxes do NOT block your view of the screen. The popcorn & soda/pop is just as expensive as the bigger, more modern & chaotic theaters and it IS just as good. Each experience at this theater has been a good one & is my theater of choice these days.

I don't know how people can make little complaints about this theater. I love this theater. I'm sick of the big expensive places. I don't need reclining lounge seats and pay 50 dollars to watch a movie for my family. I love how it has the small town "ma and pa" feel. It is super convenient as I live in the west part of Wellington. Matinee is amazing. I give this theater 2 thumbs up and hope they stay the course. I have been coming here for years often and will keep coming here. I will stay a loyal customer. Thank you Wellington Movie Theater

Great price family friendly

Please do not listen to the bad reviews unless you are one of those stuck up "I live in Wellington so kiss my feet" type of people.
It's a cute nostalgic theater that's great for the price! Yes they have the boxes stacked in each room but who cares once the movie starts? Just ignore them. Came here twice with my son and no complaints. The staff is super nice. If you want some fancy experience just go to Muvico or Boca and spend upwards of $60 to $100 bucks depending on how many people you bring. Folks, get over yourselves. This place reminds me of the simple days when I was 14 going to see a flick (or two) with my friend.

This theater doesn't boast the newest in sound or projection but it is a cozy and family friendly venue. The prices are reasonably fair and that comes as good news to larger families. Haven't had a bad experience taking my kids so far.

I like the smallness of this theater. They keep it clean and cozy. Covid restrictions have taken away the choices of food, however the popcorn and sweets are still there. Some of the chairs didn't recline but that could be a Covid thing as well. Love supporting local businesses.

Movies are $5.00 before 6pm! It is an older theater, but the prices are not as outrageous as other places even in concession. Friendly staff, and located near other shopping and restaurants. But wait there's more!
I am updating my review because we recently held my son's birthday celebration at Movies at Wellington Trace.
They have all new reclining seats installed in the theaters that are very comfortable! 👍👍
We rented one of the theaters out exclusively for our group. We had about 30 people in the party. We brought our own cupcakes and they allowed us to have pizzas delivered.
First we brought our own game system and the kids got to play our games on the big screen for 2 hours. They LOVED IT! Then we also watched the new Venom movie. Popcorn and beverages were included in the price for everyone unlimited. It was a complete success! We had plenty of time to open gifts etc. Everyone had a fantastic time!
I also want to mention that the staff and management team were especially accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Even when I discovered that I had the incorrect time on my Facebook invitations they adjusted our time so that all of our guests could be there and see the movie. I am very grateful for that! I highly recommend this theater for an event. I know we will continue to see our movies here and would love to do something like this again!
