The USPS delivery service from this department keeps on getting wore and worse. This is the THIRD(3) time this year that my packages get delivered to the wrong people.

The staff was friendly. However it's not a public access Post Office. Only carriers.

It works like no other PO on the world, where else can you send a letter from coast to coast for .49 cents?

The cargo sent to me via UPS was not delivered to me. It is always lost. I experienced the same thing 6 times. I keep calling the office over and over again. They never answer the phone

I would have given them zero star if I was able. I entrusted USPS with the delivery of an important package, eagerly awaiting its arrival. However, to my dismay, I was informed that my package has been lost in transit. The fact that USPS has lost my package in the first place is outrageous, but what exacerbates the situation is the complete lack of accountability on the part of USPS.

Despite numerous attempts to contact USPS and inquire about the whereabouts of my package, I have been met with nothing but indifference and apathy. The customer service representatives I spoke to seemed disinterested and failed to provide any helpful information. It is as if USPS does not care about the inconvenience and frustration caused to its customers

Was given a note from the post office saying my package was at this location because they couldn’t deliver it (because of laziness or incompetence) yet somehow all my other mail is delivered no problem whatsoever but for some reason I had to go here to pick it up , however when I arrived the door was locked on a weekday mind you I knocked , a woman came to the door I gave her the piece of paper which had the address of the store clearly printed on it , then she started with the attitude and disrespect , told me I was at the wrong place as if it were my fault your incompetent delivery driver gave me the wrong address I was told it was at the other location a completely different location than what the note said and I should’ve just automatically known this how? Anyways didn’t deserve the disrespect didn’t deserve the giant waste of time , terrible customer service TERRIBLE

This is incompetency at its best. I properly addressed a package and even though it was handled by my local P.O. in Illinois without questions to ship to Florida (in more than the two days that I paid for); and having made it successfully to the Sunshine State where it bounced around from post office to post office, and finally out for delivery since the wee hours of the morning, the postal carrier deemed it undeliverable—although they take mail to that address daily. Now it’s suppose to be returned to me—hopefully undamaged. If not, good luck collecting the insurance on it. A snowball’s chance in hell comes to mind…

No matter what time of the day you call you can not get through to anyone. The automation answers and says "wait for the next available agent" then after waiting it rings and after 10 rings hangs up on you. Really why even have a contact office phone number.

This place really deserves a negative amount of stars. I've never dealt with this much ineptitude in such a small space. No, this is NOT a real post office. It is a door that stays closed and locked until someone slowly decides to help. The whole system is a complete failure. The parking is insufficient. The wait time is ridiculous, and there is nowhere to wait comfortably. I was left waiting outside for nearly 20 minutes yesterday in 90 degree weather to be told that my package couldn't be located and someone would call me back. I did not receive a call yesterday or today. I have now been non-stop dialing the number for that location for about half an hour. No one has ever picked up the phone. What's the point?
I sure wish I could have a job doing nothing at all and get paid for it. What a complete waste of my time.
UPDATE: I had no idea people could be this bad at their jobs. I keep calling. Someone finally answered the phone and put me on hold (probably to get the phone to stop ringing) and left me there. Now they just hang up on me. Seriously, how are these people still employed?

A year-and-a-half ago or more the Postal Service decided to set up a separate location for those items that need to be signed for when people weren't home. Other than being open only one hour a day they couldn't have made the process more inconvenient. The pickup is only open during regular business hours ending at 4 Monday through Friday and if it wasn't for a 5-hour window on Saturday it would be nearly impossible to pick up items if you have a regular nine-to-five job. If it's raining there's barely any cover and you have to stand outside and ring a bell and wait for them to bring you your package or your item. I still have the highest praise for our main post office but this change is just about the worst thing they could do for customer service.

I can’t get anyone on the phone. A few times, they’ve answered and hung up without saying anything, so I keep calling (I’ve called 11 times today and I’ll keep going). They can’t seem to get my package sent to my address, which is fairly simple for a post office to do. My package says “undeliverable” after my change of address was reviewed, and it is now being sent back to the sender. LOVE THAT SO MUCH.
I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. 🙃

This office is the worst. Delivered 2 out of 4 of my packages. Claimed wrong address. I checked with Amazon and the address was correct. They need new employees. And this is not the first time having some type of issue. They will not pickup their phone. Someone please fire this staff. From the other reviews is sounds like this is a pattern
