Home2 Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach Airport

Perfect for our needs for a three night stay. The staff members were all extremely friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but the gym was adequate. Water bottles always available in the fridge by front desk. We didn’t eat much at breakfast so can’t comment on everything they offered. It’s not in a walkable area, but the location was good for where we’re wanted to drive to each day.

I read a few reviews that claim the rooms were not clean? The room I had was spotless. It was probably one of the cleanest rooms I ever had. Also was a nice big room with a big refrigerator and everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed the coffee and breakfast the next morning as well. I made myself a bowl of grits with cheese that was delicious. Close to the airport without the airport noises. I didn't even know the airport was nearby while inside the hotel. When outside, you can see and hear the planes, but that did not bother me at all. The hotel was very convenient and close to the places I needed to go to, and finding parking there was easy. Wanted to try that cool looking golf place next door, but it was closed for wind damage repairs. Have to come back for that next time. It's definitely my go-to hotel when I need to be in that area.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms are very clean and spacious. My team and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a 5 minute drive from the airport and very close to West Palm Beach downtown and Palm Beach. Its a great hotel. Thank you for everything!

Its a nice place for the business traveler. Close to the airport, downtown West Palm Beach and the Convention Center. Its next door to Drive Shack. And lots of restaurants of all levels near by. Plus the place is puppy friendly. It was nice staying there.

Very kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean and had everything we could need. Close to a lot of areas and service again was very friendly. Super dog friendly as well. Will be staying here again.

Amazing staff, always helpful. I left bread in the hotel fridge and the gentlemen at the reception was kind enough to go get it for us. Its the people that makes the place great and not the other way around

Great hotel. Only 4 years old so everything is clean and in great shape. Good location right next to the airport (but very quiet) and only a 10 minute drive to downtown west palm beach. The room is spacious and has comfortable beds, a kitchenette with a nice size fridge/freezer, plenty of lights and counter space, lots of drawer and closet space and a large sliding desk with a comfortable chair to work at. Jenny at the front desk was extremely friendly, welcoming, and provided lots of great local recommendations with restaurants and things to do. Rob was also very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Proof that luxury doesn't always mean expensive! I'm still blown away at what I paid for my King size Suite! It is very refreshing to know that when you message a hotel, the staff actually reads your message and caters to your special needs. Hot breakfast, delicious coffee, and super fabulous suites. Staff was very friendly and professional. Home2 Suites has earned my trust and I will definitely use them again in my future travels.

Great Staff and very comfortable rooms. I was on wait for an approval to move in to a new home but had no where to go in the meantime. I had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites West Palm. I was nervous about the noise, considering how close to the airport it was, but I didn't hear a single plane while inside the hotel. The room was clean and I appreciated having the partial kitchen during my visit. The breakfast had more options than I expected. Although, it was pretty crowded during breakfast and seating was scarce. The staff was courteous and helpful when needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again when I'm in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the home feeling and grilling. Overall our experienced was very positive and pleasant. The kids enjoyed the pool, grilling and the quite space. Thank you for accommodating me with a blow dryer for my long hair which dried within 60sec.

Thought the front desk staff was very friendly and informative, Rob, Carl the morning gentleman and the closing female. Sandie from housekeeping was also wonderful to talk to. Always have enjoyed staying at Home 2 suites. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great chain, love the room and layout. This location is great, wish it had the smart tvs with Netflix etc but still 5 stars from me. Location is great, staff always good and with most Home2 a great gym, larger and more equipment than most full line hotels. Great place, especially for the road warrior travelers like me!

We had a great stay at this Home2 suites location. It was super convenient being right off the highway. The hotel was extremely clean, nicely decorated for the holidays, and the staff provided great service! The complimentary breakfast in the morning was much more than we expected, offering breakfast sandwiches bagels eggs sausage. Angie was the front desk representative that help us out and she was fantastic. She definitely sets the example for the rest of the staff who were all really great.

Currently travelling in the states for 6 weeks and have stayed in several hotels, some at the luxury end and others middle of the road. Of all the places we have stayed so far this one was the most affordable, had the best service, super friendly and helpful staff . Rob and Angel greeted us at the front desk and went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome - nothing was too much trouble. We are travelling with our teenage kids and the room was excellent, well thought out in terms of layout, functionality and really practical . Our room had a good sized bathroom, 2 queen beds, space for a sofa to watch tv with a really handy curtain to seperate the room off so the kids could sleep while we stayed up a little later. This place is excellent for anyone but particularly family’s - full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave , pull out table for dining, desk space etc. laundry was clean and easy to use, gym onsite is small but has the basics that anyone would need - treadmills, elliptical trainer, free weights and rack. The outside pool area is really clean and tidy. We had breakfast included in our stay and there were plenty of options to choose from - it was fun to make our own fresh waffles!
Only a 7 min drive to palm square which is equipped with many eateries and areas for kids to run around.
I’d highly recommend this place to stay - can’t say enough about how amazing the staff were.

Desk was very nice . The room was super clean and since I have little ones the kitchen accessories were definitely a plus!
In the morning the girl who was in the back making sure all the complimentary food/breakfast was out for everyone when it was a rush with all the people never complained simply helped
