The facility is clean and welcoming! There's something for everyone. The facility is multifunctional/multifaceted. Work out in the gym, take a walk on the inside track, join a zumba or stretch class, have fun in the pool or water park, let the kids stay in kid care... I love that there's so much to choose from!

I went here to go lap swimming for the first time, and I just have to say that the pool was so beautifully clean. The lifeguard was also extremely knowledgeable and on top of the reservation schedule. Good experience!

Excellent place! The private swim lessons with Mr. Robertson have been amazing for my Autistic son. Thank you for the inclusion of everyone.

Great offered classes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The safety is in order. Family plan is a little high.

What I enjoy is seeing the teens in my neighborhood walking in groups with a basketball and workout clothes heading to the YMCA

I’ve been a member of Wade Walker Y since it opened almost 11 years ago, which means I’m a Chartered Member.
The WWY pool is my happy place, I walk the track most mornings then get in the pool. I get there early so I can leave early.
I’ve made many, many friendships that I will have for a life time.
I donate during the annual Y It Matters to help a young person go to summer camp and encourage others to give as well.
I enjoy the Y, the morning staff is kind and courteous which makes for a great early morning experience. Come join us!!

Wade Walker Y has classes and activities for all ages. The staff is professional and friendly. Be prepared for a smile when you enter the building. My family utilizes the Fitness room , the Gym and the Track. We plan to enroll in other activities as summer approaches.

Awesome YMCA. Play center for the babes while you work out, Gym, Track, Weightroom, Locker Room Pool, Outdoor Pool, Swim Lessons, Soccer, Etc...(it's not free but reasonable)

Fantastic outdoor pool with a zero entry side and the indoor pool has one too. Always clean. Love the variety of classes especially Aqua Zumba with Levonne.

Wade walker is a wonderful with friendly caring staff that is available and willing to help in any way! They don't have attitude problems, they are respectful! I love Wade Walker's Y it is the best! The amenities are great too! I wish they had a steamrooom so that I wouldn't have to go to the more unfavorable one in North Decatur! They're the worse! Eventhough, the facility has all the amenities as I like, the staff are racists or have racists undertones in their transactions towards blacks, like black aren't really welcomed! That's the vibe I get when I walk in! Wade Walker's is the best and their staff makes it the greatest!

We went there tonight to set up a family membership. The guy who helped me was super nice. He answered all my questions with a very friendly attitude. The building was very clean and it was clear they are working hard to prevent Covid spread. They are taking no touch forehead temperatures at the door and asking members to complete a prescreening before hand. They are also not super crowded. I felt very safe. Great experience!

This facility has so much to offer, its clean, great staff and awesome location. I have been to a few different YMCA's and I have to say this one is by far the best location and has the most to offer for children which is very important to me. The staff is always welcoming and friendly which keeps the atmosphere very pleasant! The swim coordinator went above and beyond to get my son register for a class.

Really have enjoyed my time at the Y since joining! My lil children love the childcare and staff while my oldest son and I go to the gym. The pool is also a hit with the kids and when I get time I look forward to taking some classes!!

I love that there's an inside pool. This is my main reason for having a membership because I like to be in the pool all year. I also love the accommodations for smaller kids with the outside play area and inside kiddie pool. I use the gym, which has every piece of equipment that I've needed. I appreciate the free workout and yoga classes. Those are amazing. There are different outside sporting fields on the property and outside sitting areas for ball games too.

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the level of professionalism the staff at the Wade Walker YMCA has. I’ve trusted my son with their services for the past three years and they have not let me down. The swimming instructors are fantastic, the aftercare instructors are caring and extremely polite. Even the payment staff is wonderful. Being a overly protective mother, I’m glade I chose them to provide these services.

The facility are always nice and clean. There are many work out options and classes for all ages. The pools are good year around. One on the inside year out and when it's fun for the sun it outside pool is perfect for children.I have been a member for over 10 yrs and other YMCA had made several improvement and just keeps getting better.

It was wonderful to be in the water again, the staff were very helpful pointing out areas for me, this being my first time at this facility. I felt very comfortable, the pool was great! I can't wait to bring my great-grand son to the water park next week!
