Tide Cleaners

A few weeks ago, my wife and I were out of town and needed a suit and dress to be cleaned for a wedding. I was hesitant at first because there is only a Kiosk and drop off bin. However, an employee by the name of marlin came to the rescue. He showed us how to create our account and how to drop off. He answered all of our questions so nicely and even showed us how the conveyor would pick up our clothes. Technology is truly something! He told us that our clothing will be ready the next day and it was indeed ready. We were both impressed by how the clothes came out so clean and fresh. Thanks to marlin and his professionalism, my wife and I left completely satisfied. Truly a young man with a bright future.

EDIT FROM MY LAST REVIEW!!! my original review wasn't favorable ( you can read below) a few days after I left that review I received a call from the owner or manager! They gave me very sincere apology without making excuses, very professional and sincere...also credited my account towards a future services. I'll be trying them out again!! They messed up but they made it right!!!! Everyone deserves a second chance!!

Dropped my clothes off Tuesday, said 24hr turnaround…my clothes weren’t ready till Friday!!! I had to call several times bc my clothes were separated and they didn’t know where they were… this was not the experience I was hoping for… I thought it’d be convenient… guess it’s back to traditional dry cleaning for me

Super convenient had my stuff done the next day. Ignore Google hours it’s open 24/7. The lady who answers the phone (I’m assuming the owner) is very nice as well.

I have never used a dry cleaner such as this, loved the low touch it was so simple and efficient and I’m definitely a fan now. Can’t imagine going back to a traditional dry cleaning establishment.

I love everything about the service, clean, spacious, little to no need for interaction with people, everything is automated, the machine talks back to you. Instructions are clear. Tide is affordable

So convenient and efficient. Very expensive. I received a coupon in the mail I was not able to use. Will definitely use again.
