VAGABOND MOBILE HOME PARK

Great neighborhood and a nice family park.

Updated review of the Vagabond MHP, Stan no longer works as the park manager he was fired for missing one day of work after a having cancer treatment, he put his everything in to this park, so I dont know where the park is headed now but as it looks and as things have been going around here since he is no longer a part of the management team it has been going down hill since then. People are kicked out of their homes without proper paperwork instead they get one notice that gives them under 24 hours to be out of their home. No 30 day notice or any other notice just the one 24hr notice to be out and thats it. and if your not out then some lady who is only supposed to be in the park for a couple more weeks if that comes in and with a smile on her face dumps your stuff on the ground outside the home while her crew steals whatever change they find. It just happened to a resident of a few years today. Ive been in and out of this park since 2000 and mostly of the 17 yrs Ive lived in this park this hasnt happened before. The way Stan was fired was totally uncalled for and was planned before the temp lady set foot ion the property from whats been said around the park talk anyway. Its in general over the 17yrs Ive been in this park it was looking up when stan worked here he was here for the 24/7 and went above and beyond any manager ive seen before him or since him. The new "head of maintenance" doesn't even know he is getting pd half of what stan was and is doing the same job stan was only half as good as does. No one but stan knows the sewer pipes he has been in sewage up to his neck fixing sewage pipes in here. The temp lady has done a great deal of work in the Recreational center building but ive never seen any permits for all the work she has done in it electrical, plumbing, constructional, etc. I didnt know it was okay to do work like that without proper people and permits either. So if your thinking of moving in here then be aware theirs no real management in the park and god knows who they are letting in here now, but it cant be any better than when Bob and Julie managed it and sexual offenders were let in here with a lot of families with kids in the park, stan comes in and gets rid of those people (drug dealers, trouble makers, and sexual predators) and the same week he was let go the days following that a senior citizen who has lived here for many years also was beaten with a brick by people that had been evicted from the park and had taken over a neighbors house so much so that he had to leave and live with his daughter, and what has been done about it, well those people still live in 339 & stan got them out of here the legal way once but they came back the week he was fired. They knew once he was gone no one would work as hard as he did to get them out. the temp lady only kicks out those she doesnt like or where on stans side is what its looking like from this residents view. You can decide for yourself, but the word is people are lining up to move out when they heard he was fired and why. He was set up. and because he didnt bow down to anyone but the owner of the park they made up a reason to get rid of him.

Awesome place to live! Convenient to shopping and bus route. Great management staff and friendly neighbors, Martin is especially nice and a wonderful person.
