Amazing service. Shout out to Soraida and Lucy. They were beyond professional and kind and made my shopping experience. A very pleasant one. It’s for sales people like them that I’ll keep coming back.

Also a huge shoutout to the manager Charlton, he is super nice and amazingly helpful. He went above and beyond anything I would have expected from a professional. It's obvious why he's the manager. I will keep coming back to this store again and again because of people like Charlton and the rest of the staff at this location. From all the Off Saks I've been to this one is by far the best in terms of staff, merchandise and overall experience.

Winston helped us in the shoe department and he was amazing! He is polite, knowledgeable and was extremely helpful and efficient. He was very patient, and helped us with price checks and finding sizes. Although the store is extremely busy and wait times to see a cashier or get a changing room can be daunting, Winston is one of the main reasons I would return to the store. I wish all the employees at this location would follow his lead in terms of providing great customer care.

I was shopping at Saks 5th Avenue Palm Beach outlet mall and was enquiring on Veterans Day discounts and I spoke to Nelsy Iglesia the store manager when she went out of her way to give me a discount and make it possible for me to stay and continue shopping when no one had a clue! Saks should reconize employees like Nelsy! I am a veteran of the Marine Corps and I really appreciate her honoring the discounts. A MODEL EMPLOYEE!

It's nice to have stuff that you'd buy it saks but it is discount price. the atmosphere was very relaxing and I felt very comfortable shopping there.
