Grandview Gardens

My wife and I recently stayed at Grandview Gardens. Both Maggie and Rebecca were amazing. Maggie met us upon arrival and helped get us settled in our room and provided everything we needed. If you’re not particularly a fan of the larger resorts and want something more peaceful this would be a great spot. The grounds were incredibly beautiful and very relaxing. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was wonderful. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants. Hive Cafe was great for breakfast. The Norton Museum of Art is also within short walking distance.

Few notes: Staff is only there from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will receive a code to access the main office for items and water in the refrigerator. There was a family with young kids when we were there so the hotel is kid-friendly. There is coffee available in the morning in the main office, but no room service or dining options on the grounds. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and plan to go back.

It was beautiful and very clean. The bed, covers and pillows were comfortable and I slept very well. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I wish I had booked to stay longer. The free continental breakfast is good. Happy hour is nice too. I definitely recommend staying here if you visit the area.

Absolutely lovely place to stay! It's like staying in a quiet jungle hideaway, yet you're close to a lot of things! There's a lot of great food/drinks just a block away and the beach is only a 15-20 min walk.

This is also a great place to bring a big family/party and buy out the whole place!

Rebecca, the manager was super kind and made sure I had everything I needed.

Loved the location , the beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. Rooms and kitchenette were well stocked. Quiet and peaceful. They allowed our little dog to stay w us. Only suggestion, some fruits in the am. Will return.

We liked the peace and quiet in this little hotel. The rooms (we had the three bedroom suite) were spacious and clean, just like in the pictures. Grandview Gardens was a great base to discover the area. We'd definitely consider coming back if we come to West Palm Beach again. Rebecca, the manager at the property, did a great job giving us tips about places to check out nearby.

We experienced a romantic vacation at this hotel in the historic part of Palm Beach. Our host, Rebecca, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. She shared her extensive knowledge of the area and helped us plan the perfect vacation. The room was spotless and had a beautiful view of the pool. We felt so at home that we didn't want to leave. We can't wait to come back and experience the magic again.

Everything was amazing! The service was so personal and warm. Each detail of the decor was well thought out and gorgeous. The bed and shower were next level nice. I loved everything about my stay and have plans to come back again, already!

My husband and I had a much needed rest in a spacious spotless room over looking the pool . Rebecca, our host was warm and friendly and made all the difference in making us feel at home. We safely walked to many locations nearby even after dark as the hotel is conveniently located to town .We will be coming back as it is near friends and family too. If bikes were available on site we would love to ride them around the quaint neighborhood.

Absolutely fabulous property. The the suite inside is like you’ve got the whole house to yourself. The property is very well kept and reminds me of a Tuscan Village. The staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. If you have about an hour to spare, you should walk to the HIVE bakery. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

This property was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. The accommodations were perfect! Very comfortable and clean with the pool just steps from our room. The host/manager Rebecca was so friendly and accommodating.

We loved our stay at the Grandview Gardens and would highly recommend to our friends. The rooms are charming and the grounds are so beautiful - we enjoyed lounging by the pool, playing in the large park across the street and walking through the beautiful neighborhood to grab breakfast. Rebecca, the manager at GG was amazing! She was so friendly, helpful with her recommendations and so accommodating. She made our stay there extra special and treated us like we were old friends. Hope to make another trip back to West Palm Beach in the future and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Had a wonderful getaway at Grandview Gardens! The rooms, the service, and location are all wonderful. Rebecca was wonderful and treated us like family! Highly recommend booking this charming boutique hotel when you’re in town!

Love this place! My room was beautiful. The towels were fluffy and soft. The bed was on the firm side, which I like. The view of the pool was awesome. Landscaping was very nice. Our hostess, Rebecca was very friendly and answered all our questions. We will definitely visit again.

Loved staying at Grandview Gardens. A very unique and beautiful property, well maintained and checked all of the boxes. I wanted a small bed and breakfast vibe with a pool, close to downtown, yet in a neighborhood. This property is centrally located, and easy to get out for a run or grab coffee from the adorable upscale HIVE restaurant. I'll be back for sure!

This property is a rare find a such beautiful treasure right there in Palm Beach. We stayed here last weekend and let me tell you, we really enjoyed ourselves. Everything was clean. All the decor was creative and eclectic. Our host was Rebecca Diggs and she was phenomenal and was able to show us old photos. Explain the history of the moving of the property and when it was built near the Palm Beach airport and it was sold for a dollar to a couple and I mean, she really love her job and was able to explain everything. Everything was clean. The snacks were wonderful bottles of water everywhere for us to have that, homemade fruit drinks with real fruit inside amazing we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay there again when we are in Palm Beach we love Palm Beach the beautiful flowers. The lush garden. The pool was everything. This was a great place for photos or wedding or pictures or videos or Instagram content , thank you for having us. Oh, I almost forgot the beautiful Versace furniture oh my God.

Such a lovely, quiet place in the middle of a residential neighborhood with a park just across the street. The location is ideal walking distance to restaurants, museums, and shopping.
The rooms are comfortable, clean, lovely decor, firm mattresses, and serene setting around the pool.
The dining/kitchen area is beautiful architecture and tastefully temodeled. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great experience at Grandview. Jabi was beyond helpful and welcoming. She made sure our rooms were ready early and was there whenever we needed her for anything. She even left us flowers and chocolate for our stay!

This is a hidden gem. Rebecca was amazing she made sure we were all 100 percent comfortable. The property is nice and clean also close to great food. I will most definitely be coming back.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grandview Gardens for a romantic weekend getaway, and we can't stop raving about our experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this charming hotel would become our favorite retreat.

Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Their warm and welcoming nature added an extra layer of charm to our stay. Whether it was answering our questions, recommending local attractions, or providing excellent service, they were always ready to assist with a smile.

One of the highlights of our stay was the sense of privacy we enjoyed. The tranquil ambiance and peaceful surroundings made us feel like we had our own little slice of paradise. It was the perfect setting for a romantic getaway, allowing us to truly relax and connect.

The rooms at Grandview Gardens are well-equipped with everything one could need. Our bed was a dream, with a mattress that provided the most comfortable sleep we've ever had. The walk-in closet was a pleasant surprise, complete with a mini fridge, cabinets, and an iron. It felt like a home away from home, but with an added touch of luxury.

The thoughtful amenities didn't stop there. The staff set out a carafe of fresh water for guests, and we could easily refill it in the main house, which is a true gem in itself. The beautiful main house adds to the overall charm of the property, showcasing the exquisite taste and attention to detail of the owners.

During our stay, we discovered that Grandview Gardens is conveniently located near The Norton and The Hive. The Norton, a renowned museum, provided us with a cultural experience just a stone's throw away. Meanwhile, The Hive stole our hearts with its amazing vibes, delectable food, and exceptional service.

The only regret we had was not planning for a longer stay. Although they require a minimum of two nights per booking, we found ourselves wishing we had prepared to stay for longer. That's just a testament to how much we fell in love with this charming oasis.

Grandview Gardens has truly captured our hearts, and we can't wait to return. If you're seeking a delightful, clean, and accommodating retreat, this is the place to be. Prepare to be captivated by its charm, comfort, and the unforgettable memories it will create.

My boyfriend and I visited for a weekend getaway. This place was phenomenal!!! The room was spacious, super clean, and right next to the pool. We practically had the whole place to ourselves.
There is plenty to do within walking distance and a beautiful park across the street!
Bonus its only 3 miles from the airport!
