True professionals! I hired Metro Electric to install LED recessed lighting in a dark family room. Ivan, the electrician, was very patient and kind in helping me select the proper placement for the lights. Ivan and the other electrician worked diligently to install the new lights, and three other lighting issues (garage light, exterior lights, and a broken ceiling fixture and switch).The office manager Gema is very responsive, friendly and professional as well! A+ I recommend Metro Electric.

It may sound crazy these days but Metro-Electric did all of the above as it related to our hot tub. They showed up when they said they would to provide an estimate and to complete the job, their estimate was on spot and everyone was professional and responsive. Gema kept us informed and was gracious to reschedule our appointment the same day when we needed to obtain a part that was missing Thank you

Looked around for electric company to replace my electric panel. Metro was the best price, with that price came great service. They set the expectations and met them. Flexible in working with me on scheduling day to work on replacement of panel. Inspection passed, and job well done. Can't get any better than that.

There are times.... you need professionals to do things you need. Your hope is that they will be on time, courteous, knowledgeable and fairly priced.
If that's the case, Metro Electric has consistently performed the multiple times they have rendered their services at my home..... maybe it is time they open Metro Plubming ... under the same standards...

The Administrative Assistance, Gema was excellent to work with. Alex was great in explaining the panel box and also he was very personable. Gema was very helpful, as I spoke with her several times and she was able to answer any questions and concerns I had. I definitely would use them again.

Installed a new LED light bulb we provided and will inform us when they will come to replace a fan switch. The electrician Louie who was here installed it right away and found our switch was the problem for the fan not working. Gema the administrative assistant is on top of all the scheduling and keeps us posted of when someone will be here and when they will receive the part. So glad they are in our condo allowed list to work in our building.
