Casa Grandview

Loved our stay at the Casa Grandview Inn! Cheryl the owner was so sweet and showed us the new pool renovations. The room itself was so nice and comfortable! We sat by the pool before heading out to dinner and it was so peaceful! Perfect for our Birthday getaway! Can’t wait to return in March!

Home away from home! I commute to WPB for work from out of state. I stay in rentals when I’m in town. I stumbled upon Casa Grandview a
about 10 months ago and I haven’t stayed anywhere else since. The neighborhood is great. Cheryl and her team are excellent hosts. I’ve stayed in most of their rentals at this point and the rest I’ve toured with Francisco. They offer different size units depending on your needs. I stay in a smaller studio space which is perfect for just me. When my family comes down, Cheryl and Yajaira set us up in a two or three bedroom. All of the rentals are super comfortable and clean. The pools are updated and heated. The hard work and pride that goes into creating and maintaining this place shows in every detail.

Casa Grandview is a fun, lovely property! The suite was tastefully decorated, well stocked, very clean and quiet. The location is in a historic neighborhood and central to many attractions. The hosts Cheryl and Kirk clearly have an eye for detail and are attentive to their guests needs. We look forward to a return visit!

The property is absolutely beautiful. A little jungle paradise. Cheryl and Kirk keep up this property very well and are very nice people (their staff as well). Our room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. In comparison to other B&Bs I have stayed at - this one is by far the best. Breakfast is great and they will make you almost anything as long as they have the ingredients. That was a WOW for us. We will return if we ever go back to West Palm Beach.

Everything about our stay at Casa Grandview was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. When you enter the grounds you are thrust into (what feels like) another country. We immediate lost touch with the city life around us. The lush botanical wall surrounding the grounds completely shields you from the outside world. If you have a need to stay in the area or are just looking for a place to stay that will exceed your expectations and take your breath away, this is the place!

We loved everything about it here. The cottage we were in was tastefully decorated and I'm not doing it justice. the bed was very comfortable. They thought of everything, bottled water and pop in the fridge, a couple of bags of chips in the kitchen. There was a small pool right out the kitchen door, although a few other cottages had access to it, it felt like it was all ours. Breakfast was delicious and Cheryl and Kirk bent over backwards to make sure we had a great stay.
I highly recommend it, and my only advice is to stay here longer than you normally would. We were here for a convention and had I known what it was like, I would have stayed at least 2 or 3 days longer.
We will be back.

We have been at Casa Grandview three times in the last six months. This is a really unique place. You can choose to stay at one of their rooms or apartments, small cottages or at one of their fully equipped 2BR or 3BR houses. Each accommodation has been carefully decorated and Cheryl took care of every single detail. Casa Grandview is the perfect combination of local hospitality and luxurious amenities. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the 3 course breakfast is absolutely delicious. Casa Grandview is definitely our home away from home. Congratulations!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Grandview! Tasteful, thoughtful, quality accommodations, beautiful grounds that transport you to a different world (yet so near to West Palm Beach attractions - restaurants, museum, etc.); Cheryl and Tyler went (literally) out of their way to make us feel at home. We look forward to the opportunity to return.

My husband and I stayed here for our stay-cation about 4 years ago and recently returned. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The apartment was exactly what it appeared on her pictures - except it was even more pristine and well-equipped. The location can't be beat; there are so many options for food and entertainment. The Granthams are so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool and took advantage of the bikes. I can't say enough positive things about Casa Grandview. We will return just as soon as we can. Casa Grandview has charm, character and privacy! Cherly and Kirk are wonderful, caring hosts along with their staff. This was our escape from “the new norm” and safety was paramount. Our suite was spotless upon arrival and check-in was contactless. Their attention to detail far exceeded our expectations, even during these trying times, and made my birthday weekend exceptionally special! We felt so comfortable and relaxed, that it’s hard thinking about having to go back to reality. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place with the friendliest innkeepeers on the planet. Our room and the entire facilities are beautiful, with amazing attention to detail. Wonderful sit down breakfast. We had a number of different places to visit to meet family and everything was within a 10 minute. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our queen size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced, and the shower with dual nozzle options was wonderful. Definitely, the place for us to return when in this area.

Every time we come to Casa Grandview (I think 12 times now), it's like the stresses of our daily lives just fade away. For us, no words can describe how we feel when we arrive in our own house or cottage. We always say to our friends, it's like owning another home without having to pay the monthly bills and the upkeep! Everything is here right down the wine opener, all silverware and yes a shaker for your beverages along with the best linens you can sleep on. All we want to do is lounge out by one of the two pools or stay in our own private little back yard and cook on the grill. It's fantastic! We have stayed in 4 of the homes on the property and never been disappointed. I almost hate writing a review because I'm afraid I will call or text to see if "our house" is available and the place will be booked when I want it because I keep telling people how awesome it is. If you come here, you will certainly love the value, the grounds and many rooms or homes they have available. Michael and Kristen

One of the best trips that I could have wished for. My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and our anniversary. Cheryl and Kirk are the best. We sat and talked with them and they made themselves available to us anytime for anything. Even with family in town; who we were lucky enough to meet, they took great care of us. They treated us like family and the breakfast was out of this world. We were sorry to leave after only two nights, but we will be back. The property was perfect and the neighborhood was close to the beach, shopping, and tons of fantastic restaurants. I've got a feeling that this "best kept secret", will soon be out to the public. Good for them, they've earned all the praise that I can heap on them. Try it and you'll see.

Hidden Gem. The Casa Grandview not only met all expectations but exceeded them. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating from start to finish. The room was beautiful with a high attention to detail. The room had everything one could need including a variety of free snacks and beverages. The location was off the beaten path but very close to downtown. Its places like Casa Grandview that making not booking with larger hotels worth it! Highly recommend and will be returning for another staycation very soon. Special thanks to Yahira for being nice and informative.

AMAZING! A secluded piece of paradise in the heart of West Palm Beach. My husband surprised me with a weekend getaway to this b&b and we both loved it! From the friendly & hands-on owners, Cheryl & Kirk, the delightful and helpful staff, meticulously decorated main house, cottages and grounds, to the delicious made to order 3 course breakfast, there isn't a detail that goes untouched. This beautiful, charming and comfortable place was a gem to find and we will definitely tell all of our friends! Can't wait to come back!

There was not one thing that I could find wrong with our stay at Casa Grandview. The ambiance is incredibly charming, the owners are hospitable, the staff is so congenial, breakfast was nutritional and delicious, the landscaping is pristine, the pool is well situated; offering shade and sun, the rooms are beautiful and appointed with anything you could need! I look forward to visiting Cheryl & Kirk Grantham again!!!

Casa Grandview is delightful! The rooms are lovely, the staff is very friendly and helpful (with great advice for local food and attractions) and the location is fantastic - walking distance to the convention center and less than 10 minutes drive to the beach. It is quiet and charming and an excellent place for a peaceful, romantic get away. You will not be disappointed!

When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the owner, Cheryl and one of her dogs, Lucy. Cheryl was very warm and informal, it was a breath of fresh air. She checked us in by our name alone and then went into all the commodities of the resort, which there are many. When we checked in she informed us that we were eligible for a free upgrade but insisted that we check out both quarters to see which one we would like better. She had one of the staff members, Fernando, give us a guided tour of the grounds; the lounge areas, the two pools, outdoor shower, and our choice of suites. We opted for the obvious upgrade to a room with beautiful brick flooring, full sized fridge, stove, and a washer/dryer! Did I forget to mention the king sized bed and dual ceiling fans and the fact that we have our own building???? I think I did. We didn't opt for the full breakfast but after playing with the two dogs for a bit we did have a small breakfast in the library, consisting of a homemade parfait with fresh fruit and a freshly baked pastry from a local bakery. Bar none, this place is one of a kind. I don't usually stay in one place more than once as I like to see what else is out there but I will be back again! Thank you so much for making our get away just that much better.

Amazing experience. The place is beautiful relaxing. The rooms are cute, cozy and made me feel right at home. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was delicious. Best place I have stayed and I travel a lot. This B&B made my business trip feel like a vacation. Already planning my next visit! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

Casa Grandview is a beautiful bed and breakfast that is a bargain when you consider that you get much more than just a room. For the same price as a nice hotel room you get a sumptuous suite that is not only beautiful, but you get a made to order breakfast that included home made croissants and omelettes. Everything about Casa Grandview is done with class and an eye for detail. Everyone from the owner Kirk, and the manager Ms Martinez, went out of their way to attend to any need you might have. The 2 dogs, Lucy and Raleigh only added to the homey feeling. We chose Casa Grandview because of its proximity to the Kravis Center which we were able to walk to from the hotel. We wish we had more time to spend there, especially to enjoy the Penthouse Suite, which we were upgraded to upon check in. We would definitely recommend Casa Grandview to everyone who enjoys luxury and a price that would surprise you a bargain in my eyes. We will be back!
