Quality Inn Palm Beach International Airport

The room was clean and beautiful. The reception staff was very kind and helpful. There is no light on the ceiling of the room, but other lamps were sufficient. breakfast was better than my expectation. It was satisfying and beautiful. This facility is definitely worth its money. I would never hesitate to stay again.

Stayed here for my daughters cheer competition and our stay was great ! The rooms were comfortable and clean ! It was as we expected and for one night ..i didnt feel unsafe or unsanitary. the breakfast was good and the attendant was a sweetheart. We didnt use the pool because we didnt have enough time but it looked clean and some children were in there enjoying and having a good time ! Would stay here again !

We stayed here on our way to Miami and on the way back. Room was clean and comfortable. The most outstanding part of the stay is the staff. Very caring and genuine attitude towards our well being. Attention to detail seems to be a must for them. Shahla Siddiqi was so sweet and helpful both times at breakfast. Felt as if we were in a restaurant. Thank you for all your help!

Great room and experience overall. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance besides the IHOP and Wendy's but it's fairly close to the airport if you get a delayed or cancelled flight.

We stay for one night. Place its not that new but clean and nice. Complementary breakfast is worth it. Nice

The room was super clean. Really pleasant smell to the room. Staff was super friendly. No doubt I’ll be back. Hard to imagine anyone would have a bad thing to say about this place. I also woke up with some severe muscle pain in my arm and Shahla S provided me with ice in a bag with a towel and she assisted me with getting my breakfast on the plate. I watched her make sure every single person at breakfast was taken care of. By the way breakfast was good too! Hospitality here was just excellent.

Excellent location and customer service is top notch. Both night staff and morning staff were great. Shahla Siddiqi made us feel right at home during breakfast. The breakfast was high quality for a quality inn. Everything was clean both in the room and in the lobby. My one complaint would be how how loud that AC is, making it very difficult to sleep as it constantly sounds like an airplane/UFO taking off every 5 minutes so consider bringing ear plugs in case your room has the same issue. But overall great experience!

Nothing special but good value for your money with the hotel very well run, clean and all the staff being friendly and helpful, especially the lady at breakfast.

Good cooked breakfast with rotating food (most important the waffle maker) 👍

Not rating the location because you know it’s near the airport, expect what you are paying for. The planes are not that loud however, so don’t be deterred by this!

It was a pretty good stay! My husband and I stayed here before and after we went on a short cruise. It’s a very straightforward motel. It has your basic amenities and customer service is great! Comfortable beds, pretty standard hot breakfast, and average rooms. No complaints from me! 😊

As you check in Yamilex at the front desk is very welcoming and I was quickly checked in the next morning at the breakfasts bar there was a wide variety to choose from the woman who is in charge of the breakfast bar is very accommodating and her beautiful smile is warm and welcoming weather you dine in the breakfast nook or take a plate to go back to your room she is attentive and makes you feel like you are at home

It's close to my work, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Customer service center is always excellent. Ashley is always pleasant.

My family and I had a wonderful experience. The ladies who served breakfast each day were so kind. And the receptionists were all very kind. We would definitely stay again.

This has been the best experience I’ve had at a hotel in a very long time. Our flight got in at 9:45am and we had been up since about 2:30am. Needless to say we were tired. We arrived at the hotel a little after 11 (we grabbed a wonderful breakfast at Nick’s Diner) and asked if by chance our room was ready. Much to our joy, it was available. We were able to relax and nap earlier than anticipated. We were welcomed at the front desk by an amazing employee, they gave us a goodie bag, then about 15 minutes after arriving to the room, we received a phone call to make sure everything was up to our standards and to see if we needed anything else. I’ve seriously never received such great service before. The room has been updated and we didn’t have any complaints except for maybe the pillows. We are pillow snobs and I would have preferred a more firm pillow. Besides that, it was an A++ experience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Our stay was wonderful. Shahla Siddiqi, the beautiful lady who services the breakfast area is such a delight. She greeted us warmly and was such a pleasure. Our room was clean and quiet. We felt safe at this location. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well.

I loved staying here. Kathy, Tony, Mark, and ALL of the staff were awesome! I told the housekeeping staff not to worry about doing anything for me. I left to go shopping, and when I got back, my room was spotless! They had changed the sheets, all new fresh towels ( even though I had only used one)! Cleaned up the trash I had scattered, just so I could have a relaxing day.
I had a 5:25 am flight. When I got to the airport it had been canceled and they weren't able to get me a flight until the next day. I went back to The Quality Inn, even though I had the opportunity to stay elsewhere. I stayed another night and even got a lower rate. The pool was perfect.
I had been staying at a $300/night beachfront resort for the previous 5 days. I stayed at the hotel because I wanted to be close to the airport. My trip had been a nightmare, literally! I am so happy and grateful to the folks at the Quality Inn for making my final stay a great experience!
My family will be flying into Palm Beach in a few weeks and they will be staying at The Quality Inn!

Staying here before going on a cruise Margarita at sea, rooms were very nice. Stayed in 200 above lobby. As a member I got a nice little bag of goodies. Area was nice. Does the job. Customer service with calling and checking in were great. Good jobs guys! Absolutely would stay here again

If it wasn't for the sweet lady at the front desk. I wouldn't have been able to get my room.
Thank god she was awesome
