Embassy Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach Central

Stayed for four nights during a conference recently. Great hotel with a great staff. The room was nice and clean and seriously spacious! The room was cleaned daily. There were a couple of minor issues (a/c needed a check-up, toilet handle was very loose and would cause the toilet to run until you jiggled the handle and the latch on one of the bathroom doors wouldn't latch) but again, all minor issues. Room has mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Televisions in the main area and bedroom.

They served a hot breakfast every morning with a made to order omelets station. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, fresh fruit, cereal and muffins were all available as well as juices, coffee and soft drinks.

We had a quick stay here. Didn't get to checkout the evening reception, but really enjoyed the included breakfast. I absolutely love an omelet station & this one didn't disappoint. We loved our room.

From check in the experience was wonderful, was greeted and checked in by Jaime...she was wonderful, helpful and friendly...gave me some great food recommendations too...the room was great, staff was great, the happy hour was great bartenders were great too...breakfast was really good with many options, and the made to order omelets were so good too. view from room was amazing, absolutely no complaints. stayed 3 days checked out very early morning to catch flight night auditor was very friendly and the shuttle driver was friendly and helpful too. will definitely book here again thanks to Jaime for setting the tone for an amazing stay

After wedding, we had relaxing room , clean and neat . Room service was great and professional. My wife was genuinely happy. I pray she has love in her heart always, no resentment, no hurt , but the love of God always.

Check in flawless, hotel nice location, clean, and inviting.
Hotel shuttle service awesome-takes about 3 mins to get to and from airport.
Hot Breakfast and Evening Reception was a pleasant surprise. Jolie is a GEM. Very accommodating, patient, and kind. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant.

Only giving u a 5 star because of the bartender Eddy because the other people that work in the afternoon have no type of customer service . Bartender jenifer don't need to work for u guys no been doing this program for the last 13 years. This is the worst service I have ever got ........ I feel like i was not at a Hilton... .. . ...

Beautiful hotel with a 4 star feel. Large suites, excellent service, free parking, and an amazing free breakfast. Right across from the airport, but convenient to downtown for those with a car.

I’m in town to rent a van and pick up and ship out an order locally for Amazon. Was able to fly in from NJ, shuttle to the hotel (a quick trip) and pick up my turo van at the hotel.

The location is great, it’s right next to a Wendy’s, Burger King and a Wawa across from Too Golf.

The lobby is huge and open and the room was clean and set up well.

Happy to return to this hotel.

Overall five star time and time again. No matter the season is always cool and referring inside this lovely Hilton property. It's very close to shopping and minutes from the beautiful top Beach, Peter's Beach (Donald Ross and Alt1a) at Juno Beach and also minutes to Riviera Beach on Singer Island. The breakfast served here is amazing and cooked to order buffet style.

I had a quick trip to West Palm and wanted to stay near the airport and Enterprise Truck Rental. This location is perfect and the hotel is nice and a good value. I was very happy with my stay and will be back soon!

Came down to West palm for a cruise that was ultimately canceled due to weather. Jolie made a not so good situation a much better one. She was so hospitable and so very nice I can't thank her enough.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Happy Hour drinks were definitely not watered down. Had a nice dinner there.

The breakfast had a wide variety including hot food and made to order omelets. All good.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was free and plenty of spots despite being at full capacity.

I didn't get a chance to take a dip in the pool, but it looked nice.

Good breakfast and also nice they have complimentary happy our snacks. The pool and hot tub was nice. They also have a decent gym. The room was clean for the most and the bed was very comfortable.

I had the most relaxing, comfortable and peaceful stay. I am definitely looking forward to booking me another stay this week that I was in had the most amazing view and the rooms are huge. The customer service was awesome I will definitely reserve another week soon thank you for such an awesome affordable hotel!

Best place to enjoy your stay and rest at a peaceful and pleasant room. Service is superb. Breakfast is the best. I think that Embessy suites has the best breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. I also enjoyed happy hour. The best hotel to stay. Not only in Florida , but also in Texas. And California.

The room was awesome! Breakfast was great! The hotel and atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. I wish they didn't have a convention the weekend I was in town. The brother hotel we ended up having to go to in PBG was a huge disappointment.
