Courtyard by Marriott West Palm Beach Airport

I'm staying here 2 nights because I am moving out of FL and back to New England. My flight is early out of the airport. I picked up this hotel because I recently stayed at a Marriott and was convinced to join their bonvoy program. It turns out my senior discount was better. If I had known this in advance, I probably would have stayed elsewhere because this place is very pricey. But it is very beautiful, clean and the service and staff excellent. I ended up eating at the little cafe, and there isn't much for a vegan or gluten-free, but in the morning, wonderful Monique made oatmeal special after hours for me. The dinner the night before got a bit messed up and was extremely expensive, too, and much of it got tossed out, which I felt awful about. Tyrone at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, too. Not every room has a microwave, so ask if you want one. If you want a little nicer place and are willing to pay a bit more, then I highly recommend this Marriott.

Very professional staff. The entire building smells like fresh flowers. The management truly do their best to make guests feel at home. The hotel was booked solid however; not one single sound from any guests, as it should be. Bed was comfortable, room was super clean! I will definitely stay here in the future!

What a stay. Jennifer at the front desk is just so great. The second we walked in she welcomed us with a big smile and was so excited for us to see our room with the hot tub. She should be in sales lol. We genuinely enjoyed our stay. Great room, great service we also loved the alcohol options in the market :) We will be back!

The entire experience exceeded my expectations. It wasn't just a great hotel experience. Jennifer at the front desk made it an excellent people experience. From the minute I walked into the door until I left, she made me feel like family. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The room was perfect with the balcony. Pool was great too! Highly recommend this place, location and rates were amazing as well.

Staying at the Marriott was a great experience. The service at the bar was the best part! Chris went above and beyond in providing excellent service while making us speciality drinks and serving delicious food. We definitely will return for our next stay in west palm beach and highly recommend stopping at the bar during your stay.

I had a very nice experience. I loved how the TV turned my phone into a remote, I enjoyed having a nice room with a balcony. The room was very nice and spacious. I loved how my room was set up to my preference upon arrival. I felt very accommodated with all the essentials per my request. I enjoyed the extra nice sized sofa couch and a comfortable king size bed with extra pillows that were extremely comfortable!! I will most definitely be staying here again and referring my friends and family to this location as well.

I’m so in love with this hotel, I don’t wanna leave. My room was clean the only thing was my jets didn’t work for my whirlpool. This is the first hotel I’ve seen to have accommodations for people with disabilities even at the pool. I love that so much for this hotel. This is my new getaway spot. If anyone gives this hotel bad reviews THEY ARE LYING.

Husband booked a stay for my birthday. Hotel was clean, smelled nice, everyone was friendly and Mikaela front receptionist/Hotel sent up a beautiful card and gift bag with goodies. Very sweet and unexpected. Definitely recommend. Thank you again to Mikaela for great customer service

Before anything the customer service is hands down the best you’ll ever receive. Ms. Makayla Mack thank you for a wonderful experience from the beginning of my stay. I was able to pick her brain about any and everything. She made me aware of all commodities and accessories that the hotel had to offer. I enjoyed the cleanliness throughout especially during the pandemic. My room had an awesome view. The balcony was very safe. I have stayed at many Marriott’s and the customer service was 10 times better than that of The Marriott! Top notch, outstanding, I will forever book my stay here. I was able to check in early and just picked up my keys when I got there. I saw her leap from customer to customer effortlessly. We enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfortable as well as the pull out sofa which was amazing. Thankfully they had a microwave some places do not have one which is annoying if you have to use the main one downstairs. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

My stay here was wonderful!! Jennifer at the front desk was amazing and so friendly. Made us feel right at home. Room was clean and everything was comfortable. Although their bistro was not open this time around, they still had complimentary coffee & muffins for their guests in the morning. Thank you!

My check in was amazing!!! Jennifer who works at the front desk was super sweet! She made my check in as smooth as possible. She had great customer service and a very friendly smile. . She actually brightened up my day cause it wasn’t going as planned. I’m pleased with her service and I’m very happy that I was able to get checked in with her. Thank you Jennifer!

Staff was excellent! Mikayla was wonderful and so helpful. She made sure we had a great stay and opened the pool for us so that we could use the hot tub on a chilly night. Room was clean and predictable. Good overnight stay!

The room was nice and clean. We got the king w/ a whirlpool (so needed)! The staff was responsive and respectful. This place is a little hidden but it adds to the environment. Worth the staff and definitely will be back!

Service was above and beyond. We had a glitch in our travel plans and had to have my brother stay in our room at last minute. Mr Williams and his staff was so very helpful with changing our room to a more suitable comfortable one. Giving us as warm a welcome to a stressful situation. Plus it's only 6 minutes to the airport!

It's a very nice and updated hotel. The lobby is very clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are clean as well and very spacious. The bathroom sink is separate from the toilet/shower area making it great if multiple people are getting ready. The beds are comfortable as well and there are plenty of outlets to charge my multitude of devices.

I’m a little late with this review but I just want to say Miss Jennifer on front desk is amazing!! She’s always so nice and accommodating each and every time I’ve visited to the hotel. Keep up the exceptional customer service Jennifer and thank you for all you do!

Stayed here for business and the staff here were very accommodating to our crews needs. Very spacious elevator to haul all of our gear to and from our rooms. Overall will stay here again #ProductionApproved

Conveniently located and quiet. In room jacuzzi is exactly what we were looking for. The first room the jacuzzi wouldnt come on, but as soon as we made her aware, the general manager was incredibly responsive and she moved us immediately to a different room that also had the jacuzzi and offered us two free drinks by way of apology. We will definitely stay again!

It was amazing! Front desk staff Jennifer was amazing my whole stay! Treated me & my big team with lots of patience & enthusiasm to help! I am super happy we chose this place to enjoy an amazing experience! Definitely would recommend!

The service was AMAZING!!
I left a nearby property and decided to stay with Courtyard. The front desk was very friendly and kind. The next morning I met Dakota at the Bistro; received the best service, best smiles, best recommendations and the best greetings when I returned from "home" from my day's work. And just when I thought it could not get better....here comes Michael! Mike continued the same wonderful, welcoming energy! Also, the food was VERY good.
The next time I am in town, I will definitely stop by or better yet stay if its warranted.
Please continue to take care of yourselves and keep up that wonderful, friendly energy and environment you guys create! Miss you :-)
