Ryan Hartney, of Hartney Realty, just help me close on my first house in St. Petersburg Florida. He took the time to show me different houses, so that I understand how much I really wanted to spend and what I really wanted. With good houses having offers within days, he made time for last minute showing to get into a house the day it went on the market. Finally, he walked me through the price negotiation process explaining the different ways you could make an offer on a house to get both a price reduction and help towards closing costs.

I don't know never met them only made a offer on a property they owned. Although I did not know they were the actual owners of the property!!!!

These people are very rude. They are selling my property I am renting. I had covid and they were determined to come in had to get in my home when I was quarantined with my family, police involved, shut off the power to my house with my dogs and my disabled mom. Have no boundaries. Took all my fences down with saying anything. I have dogs and my disabled mom lets them out now she can’t with no fence. Came on my property with a no trespassing sign torn all the tree down with no warning..
