The process of selling my car couldn’t have been any smoother. I was quoted a buy price online and went to the local CarMax store for an inspection the next day. After the inspection I sat with Sammy who completed the paperwork, signed over the title and got a bank check, all in less than 1 hour. The price I was offered was fair, overall a great experience.

Chris was very nice and informative we had some great conversations as well! although I didn’t get the expected offer but I was grateful for what I received. Purple passion Scion IQ did me good, but I’m moving on to bigger and better things!! Funny Chris & I both love the color purple isn’t that amazing!! #Royalty

Awesome, fantastic & great service provided by Tony, Chris, Oscar & Jason. I recently had 2 separate service appointments both early in the morning. On the first appointment, I was taken care of within 3 minutes of arriving by Chris & Oscar. They explained in detail what needed to be done and quickly resolved my problem.
During my second appointment, I requested a paper copy of the cars title. While my car was serviced, Tony had Jason sit with me on the computer and Jason proceeded to get the information into the computer for my title very very quickly.
I left the showroom/service areas feeling like a VIP!

The sale of my car was very smooth and easy. We were paid exactly what they offered on line after bringing the car in for inspection. The facility was clean and the staff very polite and efficient. There were no add on or hidden fees. All good.

I purchased a car at a carmax 70 miles away from home two days prior, when I got home three lights came on. So I made the decision to take the car back. I found the carmax closer to me to be more beneficial instead of driving another 70 miles. They had no problem allowing me to return the car to this dealership. And also assisted me with an exchange. Of course I had to run my credit again and this took a while. But every one was patient and we got it done. And I left with a car that I was happy with.

From start to finish, the experience of selling my car at CarMax was positive. We were greeted and signed in right away, and within just a few minutes a representative inspected the vehicle and provided us with a written offer, which was within the range that I was looking for. When we returned to sell the vehicle a few days later (within the 7-day guaranteed offer period), we were again greeted quickly and within just a couple of minutes the process was in the works. Every step was explained clearly, and we walked out with payment in hand. The representative even took the time to assure me that all of the "Bluetooth" settings had been cleared and returned to factory defaults. Very positive experience!

So impressed with Adrianna Rivera, Randy, Eddie, Justin....and everyone we encountered at Carmax Royal Palm Beach! To make a very long story very short, we had a lot of things to work through...and... we did it! They went above and beyond.

Edith Guerrero and Luis Reyes were amazing and highly recommended. I wasn't able to get there until later in the evening, but, they (and a couple other staff members) stayed after closing time to help me go home with my new truck. It was a great experience, unbelievable but it was quick, I think I've got a fair offer for my car and they kept it till the end when I walked out with my check. Ruby was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Kudos to Carmax's office located in Royal Palm Beach, Fl.

This Carmax location has the best representatives that offer some of the best customer service I've had. They take great care with your vehicles and I always use them for my service. Had an issue with my car not starting and had purchased the extended warranty, made a call to them and they had set me up with road side service and went through the process of what might happen if it hadn't been just the battery. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again.

Tried to get a quote online but was instructed to come in. Scheduled an appointment to come and got a fair quote for my car. The process was quick about 45 mins. Came back the next day with out an appointment and was able to finalize everything within an hour and a half. Smooth process.
