Bluegreen vacations is an amazing program. My family loves the variety of resorts, hotels, homes, and experiences they offer as an owner. I would highly recommend signing up.

Had a great time here. Absolutely recommend! The zip line and slide was used over and over. Pool was great, games at the pool were fun. Employees were excellent, especially David at the check in desk for Blue Green. Couldn't be a friendlier person!!

beautiful garden paths. They have inner water way going around the place that you can take paddle boats on. The restaurant near the beach has excellent food

When my husband and I were scheduling our vacation, we read many positive and negative reviews about Tradewinds. We stayed at Breckenridge which is going through a renovation. The construction was never an issue for us. There are billboards showing what the plans are and has made us excited to return.
Our room had a beautiful beach front view where we could see the hustle and bustle of activity on the beach. We were able to see a thunderstorm move across the water and the lightening that hit the water in the distance was beautiful! The kitchenette area was fully stocked and was very useful. The environmental service staff was always helpful and friendly when we asked for replacement items.
The staff does a great job outside also keeping the resort clean and organized. They were out before sunrise cleaning and getting activities ready for the visitors. The cabana crew were very kind. They would lead us to our cabana, bring a pole to hold the shade in place and bring us each a comfy cushion.
During the day we spent hours finding beautiful shells on the beach and swimming in the warm water. It was a very laid-back beach atmosphere with friendly local residents. There are also many amazing pools to enjoy.
Tradewinds offers many activities. We took a ride on the lazy river in a paddle boat, played ping pong and made sea glass jewelry. If pickleball is your thing, there are some very nice courts edged with beautiful landscaping. There is a jet ski rental group that is fun. The day we rented our jet ski, we were able to see many dolphins. We kept our distance and let them have their space to catch fish and do their tricks. In the evening, we enjoyed eating smores, listening to live music and watching the amazing sunsets.
The resort is set in a great location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are also many services to take you on tours. We had an amazing dolphin watching experience with Dolphin Landings Charter Boat Center. It was memorable from the nice lady that scheduled us to Captain Scott and his crew mate Jim. The morning sailboat cruise was very relaxing. I was skeptical that we would see dolphins. Boy was I wrong. We saw dolphins, we sailed with dolphins, we enjoyed the dolphins. Scott and Jim were great guides full of information and you could tell that they really enjoy sailing and taking people out to see dolphins. The service is very concerned about the environment and keeping the manatee and dolphins in the area happy. The Publix grocery store has a great selection of items you might need. We found a great burger/fish and chips spot called Boulevard Burgers. Cafe Soleil was at the top of our list for paninis and pastries. The ladies at Cafe Soleil recommended Buona Risotante which was just next door and has amazing Italian food. We also had dinner at the RumFish Grill and enjoyed watching the fish in their massive aquarium. There are many transportation options if you are not up for walking. We were able to book transportation to and from the airport through Shirley with the resort transportation service. Shirley goes above and beyond to make your stay great. Our drivers Jeff and Alan were very courteous and knowledgeable about the area. They offered great ideas on places to eat, visit and shop.
To say that we enjoyed our stay is an understatement. We are very much looking forward to visiting St. Pete's Beach again soon!!!

Tradewinds is described as “fun fun” by my teenagers and wife. Great variety of things to do, multiple pools, a water stream to ride a paddle boat in that’s built inside the property taking you to different areas (for free). Several walk up bars. An Adult pool (peaceful). Night Live music.

Our hotel-style room was clean with a kitchenette. Decent mid-sized fridge held more than I expected. This is our 3rd time here and according to the family gossip… there will be a 4th.

Our rooms were ready when we arrived an hour early. We quickly checked in and found our rooms were large and very clean. We had the 2br with 3 baths and 3 kitchenettes, 4 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. This resort is awesome! Beautiful beech and 3 pools. 5 restaurants on property and a two story water slide! Lots of activities to keep the kids busy. Even smores around the fire after sunset.

We were hesitant, as there were mixed reviews; people either seemed to love it or hate it. I am rather picky, & don't really have any complaints! The 2 minor issues we had (the iron didn't work & we needed more washrags) were taken care of immediately! Everything was clean, & we constantly saw workers cleaning! We only had a hotel style room, but it contained a small table with 3 chairs & a mini kitchen area with a sink. There were also dishes along with your typical mini fridge, microwave, & coffee maker. The resort has many restaurants, pools, & varying things to do. The paddleboats were fun! There were way more Hammocks here than there were at The Hammocks resort in Marathon, FL! We've been to many Bluegreen resorts, & we really enjoyed this resort; we will surely be back!

Built right on a big beautiful beach. Sat by the pool. Took a turn sliding down the huge water slide. It was a busy place but everything was neat and tidy. Really enjoyed it. Would recommend it for some fun R&R.

I had read reviews about it here and was nervous but I just got back and the blue green was amazing .. I loved it. Was on 6th floor.. Most comfortable bed .. great comfy room and kitchen area .. Publix right down the road .. beach right out the door as well as adult pool area. Also tiki bar opens at 11:30 right there also. Great restaurants and Skidders across the street was delicious as well. Best time ever!!!!!

The resort is clean and well kept. Security is good. The tiki bar bartenders are friendly. You can order food and drinks to your cabana seats on the beach which you can reserve online the day before. We had breakfast at the Bermuda which was good. Expect to pay resort prices. 2 mimosas were 24 dollars.

Tradewinds is right on the water, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is wonderful, there are very nice swimming pools, and often there is live music in the evenings. There are also several very nice restaurants on the property, although they are very expensive. The only downside has been no full kitchen in the rooms (only a small fridge, microwave, and tiny sink), but I understand kitchens are currently being added (as of Oct. 2019).

Our New Year's Eve was EXTREMELY AMAZING, and most because of the DJ, he made our stay and celebration the best that anyone could have. Every person there is great, rooms are awesome. HIGHLY Recommended.

Fantastic resort, make sure to ask questions for all of their activities they offer. There's also a big room up front with attractions and coupons for local sites. All around a beautiful place.
