The Quattlebaum team really helped see me through one of the most tragic and difficult events I will ever face. Michael D. Lic FD was exceptionally warm and caring. He made a hugely positive impact on me and really helped create a great memorial for my father.

While mourning a loved one, the last thing you want to do is funeral arrangements. Quattlebaum made it so nice for me. The atmosphere was relaxing and I could actually think of what my mom wanted and able to express her wishes to them.

Our experience began with Tracy, whose gentle, gracious manner during our pre-planning meeting helped ease the difficulty of making these decisions and each choice we made was reviewed for price and explained thoroughly. Kim was outstanding. Her respectful, compassionate demeanor put our grieving hearts at ease. We knew our mom would be cared for, but that we would be as well. The dignity with which she treated us as we mourned reassured us chose well.

The ambiance was very welcoming and I knew that that was where I wanted my husband's memorial service to be held. We could not have asked for more. The setting was A class and the food was excellent. Everyone in attendance spoke highly of the place. The service I received from Quattlebaum was absolutely exceptional . The entire staff was inviting and very helpful. This is by far the most professional staff I have ever dealt with . Renee Gia the funeral director answered all questions we had no matter the time . Gary personally assisted us in the process. I would highly recommend them to all friends and family . My Father-In-Law passed away suddenly. The family and I went in and had Michael help us. Even during this hard time, Michael was the best person that could have helped us. Quattlebaum assisted in the burial of my uncle and aided in celebrating his life. They made planning and execution of that day the most amazing and easy for us as a family. Natalia, Jackie and the entire staff were magnificent, I do not feel words can describe how well they took care of us.

The death of my mother was the most devastating experience in my life. However the manner in which Quattlebaum handled the entire process after her death was phenomenal and made us feel at ease. The Funeral Director who handled this was Natalia Echeverry. She was absolutely kind, compassionate and knowledgeable in dealing with my sister and me. She never pressured us to do more than what we wanted. She spent a lot of time with us and after that, asked if we had any more questions or needed more information from her. I imagine that all of your Funeral DIrectors are of high quality, but Ms. Echeverry is truly top-notch.

The speaker was a woman named Belinda Brendler and she was excellent. Took the time to answer everyone’ questions. After our meal was served, she came around to each individual and made personal appointments so that they talk to her one on one in the privacy of their own home.
I made an appointment. She arrived on time and answered all of my concerns. I did purchase a plan that best suited my needs and one for my father also. She is a true professional. I would highly
