This store is really great. Found everything I was looking for. Very reasonable!

I find great clothes at a good price, I like this store.

Both times I have been here, I’ve encountered different staff, and customer service was great! I sold a couple items and got fair deals. Not sure why people are offended by what they choose to buy your stuff at, they have to make a profit selling things at low cost... do the math. I didn’t expect much for what I was selling, but got better than expected. I was just happy to get anything because I was previously just donating it all! As for the stuff they sell, it’s not cheaper than a thrift store, but it’s in waaaaay better condition than the thrift store, and it is still way cheaper than shopping target or Nike deals. They have a great assortment of stuff you just need to take the time to sort through. Love this place, definitely coming back!!

UPDATE- The only reason I shop at this location is the help I consistently receive from Tiffany; she always takes great care of me. She is an asset to this store and I hope the owners are aware of her excellent customer service. The store has beautiful clothing, toys and basically everything you need for your baby :) I do not understand people who go anywhere else! Most everything is in new condition as well!

I absolutely love this place! I can bring gently used clothes/toys and make some quick cash and also find great deals for my little ones! The staff is super helpful and the place is very well organized! Please, don’t go in there expecting them to buy everything you bring. They carefully examine each piece of clothing and make decisions based on how well the item is kept to its original state. So don’t get offended if they give you clothes or toys back. They only put really gently used clothes on their racks and I am grateful for that because I know that if I purchase something, it’s not going to be stained or really worn out. Make sure you iron and lay everything flat for less wrinkles and bring it in a plastic container if you are going to sell! This place is great!!! ❤

Amazing selection of baby/children’s items. Things were so neat and everything was color coordinated & racked based on size which made outfit matching so much fun. Prices were unbelievable and many items still had store tags on. I can imagine selling items must be like donating based on purchase pricing so definitely keep that in mind. I mean I got a brand new sleeper onesie for $4.50 and a Burberry baby outfit for $12. Will definitely be back for more!

I love this store. Totally clean and organized. I went there last Tuesday looking for denim & diamonds outfit for my daughter (for school dance) and the girls helped me to find the outfit. Came out perfect 🥰 here a picture

This store is Brilliant. Love it!!!! It is the new staple to my child's shopping experience! Can't ask for a better place to shop for my son and you will not find better service. The staff members are way too awesome. This place will always have my business!!!!

I’ve only had positive experiences here so I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews. The staff has always been polite to me and I’ve been in there over a dozen times.

I’m excited to see that they moved closer to where I am but their Google info is wrong. I don’t think they’re open yet. The store has a sign on it but has nothing inside.

After reading the reviews, I almost took my son’s clothing to Goodwill instead. I took in a ton of boys clothes and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. First, the staff: they were helpful and pleasant. It took about 40 minutes to evaluate the clothes and they texted me when they were finished. Second, the sale: They accepted most of what I brought. The stuff that they rejected did look a little worn on second glance. Before going, I did the following: made sure everything was clean, ironed any wrinkled garments and checked for any pet hair or lint on anything. I wanted the clothes to look as new as possible. I tried to put myself in their position and bring them items that they could sell. They are in the business off making money and aren’t going to put items on the racks that aren’t going to sell. All and all it was a good experience!

I read some nasty reviews of this place before I went. These ladies were so pleasant. I was greeted when I entered the store and thanked when I left. People need to do better with how they treat everyone.

This is the best place to shop for your kiddos! The store is SO CLEAN and very easy to shop! Not cluttered at all and such a fun energy. Great deals, great location and staff. Check it out!!

Seriously one of the nicest thrift stores I've seen and the fact that it's all kids stuff makes a it a plus! Super clean AND I as my baby grows I come in and sell clothes she outgrew or never wore and just buy more in her size right there! Not to meant the item steal of baby gear that cost a ton in regular stores!!

Such a trust worthy place to buy and sell your child’s gently used items! I like that instead of the clothes and toys going to waste I can bring it here. Good company and great staff, highly recommend!

Once Upon a Child is such a great place to find children's clothing. You find such an eclectic variety of items that you could never find in a traditional store. Let's all be realistic, kids grow out of clothing fast. Which is what makes this place a staple for parents. You can buy what your kids need AND sell what doesn't work for them anymore. So much of the merchandise here is brand new with tags. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and it's always a pleasure going shopping here.

The staff at this location are the best. Tiffany always goes out if her way to help. They have an excellent selection of clothing Toys Books and baby needs. Love this store!

Have always loved this place getting stuff for nieces and nephews and love the fact that there’s new gently used items the people are very nice I know to run a business it is not easy to pick and choose the better items that will be sold to help others I think this was a great store and feel that they should reopen

I love coming to this location I always find cute affordable clothes and shoes along with accessories. Always a good selection to choose from. Great staff friendly and professional!

Love the store and the items are indeed gently used. This will be my store for my toddler until she gets into larger sizes they don't have. It was a pleasure shopping here.
