I hate doing taxes. They make my life so much easier and pleasant by doing my taxes in exchange for a very reasonable fee. 10/10 recommend for all your tax/financial needs

I came to this office about 5 years ago after being reffered by someone that was a manager & financial director for a very large operation. When I first met with Scott I was amazed at how laid back and thoughtful he was, considering all my complexities and the questions I had concerning my finances, taxes, investments, debts, etc. He easy able to sort through, give direction, lay out a plan and help me see things from a new perspective. To this day whenever I meet with Scott over issues that arise regarding my finances, I feel like "He gets it" and is able to put my mind at rest, by offering solutions or giving creative alternatives. He does all this by listening well and having a mind like a steel trap door. (I've never seen him write anything down.)
He has put together and an amazing staff that communicate well and are efficient in helping him with servicing the large clientele base that have become his loyal followers.

You will not find a better accounting firm. Scott and team has always taken the best care of me and my business.

I'm sure the posted reviews are well deserved but this has not been my experience. I have reached out to this office on 3 separate occasions. Twice in person and once via web. My Mother passed away and I needed assistance with my new tax filing status. It's been very frustrating. I don't understand why no one did me the courtesy of contacting me. I hope everyone else continues to have a positive experience. I guess my business was not considered important enough.

Could never get a response or call back from anyone in this office. Was never looped in on any details during tax filing.
