Robert provides excellent service and is super knowledgeable about insurance. He took the time to explain how discounts work, and his inspector checked for everything on the house that gives a discount (nail patterns, lumber type, etc). Me being from out of town, Robert was also great at explaining the different options I had available depending on if I was deciding to live here part time, full time, or rent. Robert is also an independent agent, so he was able to get the best deal instead of just going through one agency. His great energy and positive attitude made buying insurance way better than it should be!
