What a gem!!! I wasn’t sure what to expect but was blown away the moment I walked in. GREAT selection of women’s boots and shirts. Really great jewelry, too. The BEST part - it’s a local family owned business. They take tremendous care of their customers - kind and knowledgeable. It was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a very long time!!! Can’t wait to visit again.

Top western wear boutique in southeast Florida, west palm beach

Today was mine and the family’s first time shopping at El Rodeo. We received amazing help from the owners. They were courteous to our crazy 3 yr old boy. The store was filled with a variety of boots, clothes, hats, belts, belt buckles, wallets and I think I saw some cologne in the show case. Everything was organized and neatly presented. You can tell the owners take great pride in their business and take great care of their customers! Will be going back!

GREAT selection, prices, and the best customer service I have received in years. I went in yesterday looking for a new hat and the young man working there(Angel) was very informative and knew his stuff. He happily helped me pick out the right hat and his customer service went above and beyond expectations. Throughout the selection process and whilst steaming my hat to the shape I wanted, we struck up conversations and he was just simply a good man. This shop is a must for all and I will happily come in again before I head back to war next year. I will be recommending this store to my IDF brothers and military friends and to my family. Angel you did a good job man, keep it up!

I rank customer service and experience at the top of my choices and the father and son team were absolutely GREAT! I stopped in to look for my first set of boots ever and wasn't exactly sure what to look. The son was very patient and friendly and thought.. this is the kind of place I like to spend my hard earned cash give my business too. I looked around and left. I came back a day later and the father helped me. He was also very friendly and made you feel like a friend. Very knowledgeable and helpful beyond regular customer service. I ended up picking out a set of Los Altos boots my girlfriend bought for my up and coming birthday and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I would definitely come here again and will for future purchases. Big thumbs up.

Friendly staff I bought a pair of elephant skin boots there maybe for belts a couple of hats. I’ve been there a few times I like them I recommend.
