Publix Super Market at Bay Pointe Plaza

I've been shopping at this location for many years now and they need additional staff during the lunch and dinner rush. With that being said Angela B. was very helpful and worked quickly to assist me with my sandwich. Her station was very clean and tidy unlike others I've seen at this location. I hope Publix recognizes her efforts and positivity. She is an asset to this store for sure.

Just wanted to say I Had a very good and professional experience yesterday with a sweet women name Angela B. at the deli during my lunch time. My sandwhich was on point but her customer service/optimism was even better! Thank you Angela!

Publix in general is great, this Publix carries on that tradition. This location was rebuilt a few years back, they tore the whole thing down and rebuilt it all new and it’s amazing. There is a location closer to me but this is the one I frequent as the selection is much larger, the location is always clean and the plaza has many others shops I use. Parking is easier here than other places, they are rarely out of anything and they have a good turnover of product so everything remains fresh. Also this location has a great wine selection and a large isle of food products from abroad, Asian, Mexican, Britain etc. If that’s not enough for you, this location has a huge bakery and deli with fresh tendies for pub subs all day long.

Publix as we all know is the best. My fav is the delivery sandwiches. No one makes my sandwich like Publix. Niw I work at a food establishment, and our food is amazing, but Publix makes the best sandwiches. The prices vary depending on what is needed,but its well worth the price. Now let me tell you about their bakery. Magnificent. If you want the best cake or any desserts, Publix is your place

There's Publix along with it's sister store, down the road is wonderful! Very busy,but very efficient. I ride a bike to and from at least one every day. There are other options, but there is no other grocery store that compared. The staff is awesome.

This is the BEST PUBLIX EVER. It's a little pricey but the layout is really cool, they have a lot of variety, and the place is sparkling clean. Everyone I saw was wearing a mask and the aisles are wide enough to socially distance. You can pick up a wide range of kitchen and household supplies. Absolutely recommend this publix to anyone close by!

Clean store, very organized. Fully socked shelves and very friendly staff. The parking lot needed some trash pick up, but other than that, it was a great experience.

Food fraud ingredients . I spend 2.99 for pineapple pecan overnight oats and guess what no PECANS LIKE THE NAME STATES AND THE LABEL but INSTEAD I get RAISINS that's not even listed on the ingredients . I did however speak to the manager and he thank me for informing him so the next person wont have that happen to them and they could correct it from there on. he even offered me another one which I'm going to pick up tomorrow this is why I love shopping at Publix because when I have issues like this they get addressed yes I post it on here but not for negative insight. It's only to show the positive side of how Publix goes above and beyond any other grocery store I go to and this is why I consistently will go to Publix even when something happens they always make it right.

Excellent Publix location. They always have the shelves fully stocked. The customer service is excellent. The cashiers are always extremely friendly and helpful.

The store was recently remodeled (Fall 2016). It looks fantastic and has a large selection. I was particularly impressed by the produce. The service is great and the prices are good, as you can expect from a Publix.

Ace in customer service really saved the day (short hair female) when she comped our 2 item instacart order for our mother that we placed. But the shopper never shopped for it…. It was only two items and the manger (tall African American woman straight hair in a clip) really told us to wait until 10 pm for an order we placed around 6:30. That was ONLY 2 items…. With proof of the oder being placed ace KINDLY asked us to come back (over the phone) and KINDLY let us grab the food for our elderly mother! With zero questions or issues. As the manager asked us - not even fully turning her back to show us any attention “Does it say ready yet” this was at 9:15….. that was a joke right!? Sometimes it takes the associates to feel the customers frustration and allow certain things to slide! Fortunately we are very nice people and we shop at this location daily! We Got bees with honey from Ace when the manager could have quickly Refurbished the situation by grabbing the two items for us just as her associate did!

Let’s be real going to Publix in Florida is like doing a target run. They always have exactly what you want. Can you ever go wrong when stopping at Publix.

The lady who gave us our flu shot did it with zero pain. Very kind pharmacy staff.
