Village at the Creek Apartments

I have been here since February this year and so far my experience has been nothing but pleasant! When I first came to inquire about the apartments I met Najma. She had great energy from jump and I noticed how well she was liked and interacted with the residents. Throughout the whole process Najma stayed in touch, kept me informed about next steps, and worked quickly and diligently to get me in an apartment. She opened up a line of communication where if I need anything at all I can reach out to her. Honestly she made the process so easy for me. I appreciate all that she has done. 10 out 10, would most definitely recommend!

Najma Mohamed found me an apartment for me in a timely fashion and i moved in no time, no hassle, nor stress. Great neighborhood, quiet, and family friendly. My neighbors in the apartment building's next door are nice and easy going. the apartment's liaison Najma is professional and easy to work with, guided me thru everything i needed and made moving in a breeze.

I really had a great experience. Najma thank you for all your help, going above and beyond to help me. I didn't get your managers name, but thank you to her also for stepping in as needed. The whole staff is Awesome. Looking forward to future opportunities

I am updating my review as I’ve been very pleased with the new management as well as superstar leasing specialists, Janice and Najma. They are always very courteous, professional and, along with management and maintenance, rectified all the issues in my unit. It is because of their exemplary service of why I’ve updated this rating. I look forward to seeing the continuous improvements of the complex.

The leasing office manager is wonderful! She was patient & thorough with the application/move in process, answering any questions or concerns I may have had. Very professional & welcoming. Glad to call this place my new home!

I would like to say that I have been here for 15 years and I have seen several different managers and staff change out. I feel like management do the best they can, and honestly all of these negative reviews are ridiculous. If you feel like that then why did you move here?? The reviews are the what get people to come to a community. Its not that bad, the new manager is amazing , the staff is wonderful, I would recommend this community to my friends and family.

Friendly staff who try their best to take care of residents. Running an aged apartment complex comes with its unique set of challenges, but the manager and staff work hard to try and resolve issues. The social impact programs are a plus, as residents don’t have to go too far to find aid and support.

I’ve been living in and out this apartment for a past few years. What can I say is no apartment is perfect but what I can say is that they try their best to resolve any issues I may encounter. The management team is awesome on getting the issue resolved but I must say Najma Mohammad have phenomenal customer service. I remember coming to the office furious and unsatisfied with a issue I had but with her professionalism of dealing with a upset customer she remained calm and professional despite my unpleasant jester, she assure me she will try her best to get a maintenance personnel to my apartment asap to get this issue resolved. To my surprise someone came out few hours later start working on my issue over several days and to my surprise was resolved with those few days of their visit. Thanks Najma and maintenance team for fixing this issue.

They have the most affordable prices in the area, great location, beautiful pool and the office people are very helpful. The apartments are very specious and nice kitchens. They have afterschool programs, summer camps, teledoc, events and a daycare on site. All very convenient.

Love it here at the Village at the Creek! The ladies in the office Janice and Najma are the best!

Customer service is exceptional! I had a brief encounter with Victoria and she was super friendly. I highly recommend working with her.

This place is changing. There is a new team here that is making changes and improving the property. Finally, someone that cares about residents and the community. I have been involved here for many years and its refreshing to see such positive changes. Looking forward to good things in the future.

Omg I came in for pricing and the young lady Victoria was so sweet and helpful and nice. She broke down everything to me. I will definitely be putting in my application soon.

Living here is great, staff is amazing & quick when we request maintenance’s. It was never heartless living here. Feels like my home in Calabasa.

The only way I could be happier is if my apartment came with free food!! Ladies in the office are sweet and very accommodating. It's def worth stopping by.

To whom it may concern I Kenneth Howard that reside here at the village at the lakes been living here since 2016 I have seen them come I seen them go by the GRACE of GOD they have placed a beautiful and wonderful staff under the supervision of Mrs A FOSTER MAY GOD CONTINUED TO BLESS HER AND HER STAFF in the short period of time since the new staff has arrived things got done in the short period that entire time I been here GOD BLESS this staff in Jesus name precious name.

I am so grateful I found this property . The management team are so professional and respectful. Najma is so patient and helpful. The apartment is quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very diverse community. I love it.
