Publix Super Market at Seville Square

Tonight was the first night in a very long time that I felt like shopping was a pleasure at this Publix. I shopped here over ten years and have had some very negative service from the Deli person that slices the deli meat orders. I will not go into details but I’m sure that I am not the only one who has had this experience with this particular person. Who keeps you waiting until she gets finished slicing and packing here meat to put in stock instead of waiting on the customer in front of her face(very rude).Well, tonight made up for that, I don’t know who this young lady was but she was beautiful her customer service was superb she was amazing all over the store with a beautiful smile on her face she greeted everyone she passed by with a smile along with assistance. If she’s the manager she really impressed me tonight with her outgoing personality. Being a mother of nine I know she was very well raised and I give her a 💯 percent. Keep up the good work young lady!👍🏾

This is the BEST Publix EVER! A couple days ago, I had a medical emergency inside the store. Completely unexpected. I was with my aunt (thank goodness) when it happened. The manager Emily was on duty and she and her staff took IMMEDIATE action! They called EMS and assisted me and my Aunt like a pro! Everyone stayed calm and kept me at ease until help arrived. Later, Emily offered to complete our shopping list for us. SN: I was fine after being evaluated by EMS. She helped my Aunt while I rested in my car. Made sure our groceries were kept cold and all. She even got my Aunt’s phone number so she could check in with me in a couple days. Like, who does that?!?! Hands down some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve experienced!!!! Another reason why I love this store! Definitely 5 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean, helpful, friendly people, amazing selection and service. Groceries on the pricier side, but it's because they treat and compensate their employees well. So the polar opposite of Walmart 😁

So much better And all the other supermarkets. so clean. Fresh fruit and veggies that look healthy. I shop here as often as I possibly can .. Only hiccup is it's a little more Pricey

Every thing we needed was there. The staff were kind and very helpful; taking us to things we couldn’t find ourselves. I’ll shop there all the time.

The most friendliest staff. Things are easy to find and if you have any questions the staff is willing to answer it

Nice store...good location easy in and out. Lines were short and plenty cashiers open.

The parking lot was a little dark, but the store itself is clean and welcoming.

Always a good place to shop. Easy access to parking for disability. Kids enjoy. Wide variety of food.

Old school Southside Publix. Really cool people working there. Better than the crazy busy one on US-19 just down the street.

Clean, many available clerks to help, and no dogs allowed, other than guide.

My mother and I have been going to this store for decades. Love it! The bogos are awesome! I just would like more of the buy one to get one free Mike's Hard Lemonade six packs!;-) LOL. Great service, great people, great city! 💯💥

Stopped in to grab popcorn at the deli for our BBQ at the beach today. It was sold out...the lady in the delivered made a huge batch, bagged us up a fresh bag...came and found us while we shopped and we were on our way! Kudos to the deli (and the lady who made our pub subs) you assisted in making our BBQ fun today!
