Silver oaks has been one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. From the maintenance all the way to the property manager. They have made my experience here convenient, as well as the prices being amazingly affordable. The communication from all areas of staff at silver oaks is very efficient and prompt, they aid your every need and ensure that environment makes you feel right at home.

So I’ve spent the last 2 years in silver oak apartments and was definitely sad to leave , the property manager Aushiana is absolutely the BEST she actually gets the job done anytime there’s an issue in the complex and makes sure her residents are comfortable! Also homing there is very affordable.

Silver Oaks is Very convenient, I have been a tenant here at silver oaks for about a year now. There was a problem with my ac going out while I was pregnant. Trust me the extreme hot weather was not the move. I was given the opportunity to move in a temporary unit until my ac was able to be fixed. With the Property Managers help, Contacting the appropriate parties, they were able to get the job done. I needed a new water heater. every since then I live comfortable in me place, my kid and the neighbors around me are beyond friendly. I receive every delivery I make to my door. Theresa & Morque is sooooo awesome. They went above and beyond to help me complete my application. They both make sure you feel welcome & at home. I've had some really bad leasing agents but these too blow everyone out the water. I would definitely recommend any & everyone to come to Solve Oak Apartments to ask for Morque or Theresa. They will definitely take care of you.

I am a current resident at silver oak apartments. Despite what the reviews say I have no issues in my apartment. There’s trash on-site but I see Maintenace cleaning it everyday. My issue is the residents that live here. Do you not want a nice place to stay? Clean up behind yourself keep your trash to a minimum and keep where you live clean. The office is attentive. I see a lot of residents yell at them about things they have no control over. All around good stay.

The manager of the property Aushiana Robinson is doing an amazing job turning this location from average to great. Whenever it’s any problems minor or major she does her best to solve it quickly and efficiently.

My boyfriend and I recently had a newborn and have been living here for about 3 months. and can I say It’s the best decision we’ve ever made. The apartment is very nice and comfortable and the location is convenient.The new property manager Aushiana is amazing and honest ,she always get the work done and make sure the residents are good taken care of .The apartment is spacious, open, peaceful, and quiet. They have great ac units and the move in process was very fast and easy.

I came in recently to apply for an apartment and was greeted by Aushiana. She directed me to Ralph who took care of me and got my application going. New neighbor coming 2023.

My apartment is the best because Kristie Allen literally checks after me. I love her she always makes sure I’m ok and is there when I need questions on my apartment.

I came in trying something different as I’m new to the area and this kind lady Aushiana had directed me to Ralph who talk to me about the apartments. They were respectful and the areas was clean . Future apartment !

Aushiana was extremely communicative, quick and straightforward! My unit walkthrough was clean and amazing along with the leasing process. So grateful thank you!

Ive been living here since July 2016. My experience has been decent but what do really expect from an apartment.when first moving in i had a minor bug issue but remember this is Ga! My air condition went out and they hopped to immediately. The office staff is awesome. The trash area is a mess but thats due to residence. the apartment complex cleans it as soon as they can but it really happens on weekends round hoildays . This complex is very full ppl coming from all over,cleanliness is not everyones thing but if you do your job in doing the right thing this will be the best place for you. The price is affordable I love my home!!!

The last company that was here messed this property up. The new company has completely remodeled the outside the insides. Got rid of the pest control issues and the riff raft. The new manager is tough but she has to be or these residents would run her over. The new silver oak is looking up.

I have lived at Silver Oaks for over seven years and let me tell you the new property manager Aushiana is amazing she came in and completely change the property starting with renovations making these old apartments/townhomes completely new! I am proud to be a part of this new community thanks Aushiana

Aushiana is the best thing that happen to silver oaks.. Her management skills and people skills are unmatched nothing like the new manager..
