Wildcreek Apartments

We have new owners. The new management. I turn in a work order and literally, they come within 30 minutes to an hour. Everything is fixed in my apartment. Everything works. Additionally, I feel very safe here. I have lived here for 3 years and I have not had one security problem. I don’t see any sketchy people hanging around. The complex behind us has its issues and they are currently installing a fence to keep them out. It’s been a pleasurable experience with Ivan, Angie and Hiedi! Clarkston police are amazing by patrolling the area on a regular basis and we also have a Clarkston police officer that is a resident in the complex. This is a new day for me and my family with the new management. Hip, hip hooray! New management.

Office staff is great. Property always looks amazing and maintenance is verte efficent. Heidi always tres to find resolución for any situación

Great community, and the manager is great. The response time is always quick. She never fails to amaze me. I totally recommend!!

Toured this week with Heidi this week and she was super helpful and nice!

Thank you, Thank you for your help for a number of things. First my niece's graduation celebration held at the club house. The staff in the office especially Heidi was very accommodating to our needs. Next my sister's move from one apartment to another help was appreciated and supportive during the graduation season was very important. Thank you again.

Girls in the office are very nice always helping throughout the changes, Heidi helped me with my account to pay online. I love the upgrades that are being done around d the property.

OMG!!! What a wonderful service from the leasing agent Denise. She went over and above the expectations for our event at the club
house and we had no disturbance at the property.

Office staff is amazing along with maintenance. Moved in 6 month ago and already see so many upgrades. Michelle is very helpful.

I lived at Wild Creek for a little over a year. There was a change over in ownership and thankfully the core of the staff remained. I enjoyed my close neighbors some long timers others are transitioning like myself. They were all friendly and I had no issues while I lived there. Thanks again Chasidy being such a great person.

I just moved into these apartments and i give them 5 stars!!! I enjoy that they are quiet, the grounds are always clean as i have spoken with him and he is friendly a nice guy named Ruffus, the office staff is friendly and always willing to help as is the property Manager her name is Chasidy(shes awesome!!!) The schools are also some of the Best in Dekalb County!!! This is just an all around great place to stay.

I have just moved in and my experience with the leasing office was good! Sarah was incredible and a big help and made sure I was comfortable. They even gave me a little gift when I moved in. I have no complaints so far.

I love this apartment when you have a problem they fix it soon as possible especially the maintenance name Morning he’s very nice kind helpful and hard worker man my AC wasn’t working & when I call he showed up after 5 minutes and he fix The AC & change the filter right away 👏👏👏👏 so happy

This property is amazing!!! A place you would love to call home. Its very quiet, the grounds stay clean by a nice gentleman named Ruffus, the property manager named Chasidy is Amazing and always available to help as well as her staff. Shopping and schools are around the corner which is very convenient also. Come and make this your next home and you will be satisfied.

If I give this wonderful community five more stars I would. EVERYONE in the leasing office is amazing, friendly, warm, down to earth, understanding, and fuc**** AMAZING. The maintenance staff is also wonderful and is always willing to help. Again, THANK YOU!!!!

i'ved lived in wildcreek aparments for 7 yrs now & i can say it has been a good experience for me thru out the yrs, there has been several management changes but that happens at any complex you move in to I love my 1 bedroom apartment I plan to stay at least one more year until I buy my house... maintenance is always friendly Leasing staff are friendly the new managment finally hired some people to start working on the gate thats something I look forward to they are also starting a renovation process for the amenities in the complex !!! they provided you own washer and dryer to rent they prevent you from having to go to a LaundryMat which is something I've not done in so long I can't remember. truly recomend very close to several restauraunts grocery stores and only 15 minites away from the mall cant beat that!

Ladies in the office are nice and do good work helping. The maintenance are always helpful
