Adam is outstanding !! This phone call was over 2 hours. Adam is patient, kind understanding, he went above and beyond what anyone has ever done. In all of my years dealing with long unsettling phone calls, he was the most caring! I am extremely grateful I had him to help me. He answered every single question I had, was extremely thorough and made sure I got the lowest rate possible. The quote was a little more than my credit limit, Adam told me about Snapshot and was able to add it. Lowering my rate $300 less than my credit limit allowing me to be able to purchase car insurance without maxing it out completely.

I contacted Delvecchio Imsurace due to a problem that arise from my current insurance. Terri pick up the phone and explain to her my situation. It was a very unique issue she took the time to explain to me the cause of the issue and advised me what I need it to do. She work with me trying to help me with my situation finally after almost 40 days we were able to get everything work out.
