3 Bz Hoagies

I would like to take a moment to share my recent experience at a restaurant during lunchtime. As I entered, I noticed that the place was bustling with customers, many of whom were law enforcement officers. It was clear that the staff was working diligently to meet everyone's expectations and ensure that each order was prepared to perfection.

However, when it was my turn to place my order, I couldn't help but feel a bit rushed. Sensing my unease, I decided to speak up and express my concerns to the staff. To my surprise, they immediately apologized and acknowledged their mistake. They reassured me that they were not typically that busy and that my experience was not the norm.

As I proceeded to pay, one of the staff members, a kind lady, approached me and asked if she could walk with me outside. Curiosity piqued, I agreed, wondering what she wanted to discuss. Once we stepped outside, she sincerely apologized once again, emphasizing that my rushed experience would never happen again. I reassured her that I understood that things can sometimes get chaotic, and it was perfectly okay. Her willingness to come out of her busy day and explain how genuinely sorry she was touched me deeply.

In that moment, it became evident to me that this restaurant truly cared for its customers. The fact that someone took the time to address my concerns and express their heartfelt apologies showed their commitment to providing exceptional service. I left the restaurant feeling grateful for their kindness and understanding.

Without a doubt, I would give this restaurant a five-star rating. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and their genuine care for their patrons deserve recognition. I want to express my gratitude to the staff for their exceptional service and thank them for going above and beyond to make things right.

Excellent food in a friendly personal atmosphere! We travel through Palm Beach Airport a lot for work and found this place as one of the closest restaurants. The first thing we noticed was how clean it was. Had some dogs and a hoagie. All of it was made fresh right in front of us. Lisa who made our order was very friendly and came and chatted with us for a while about the business, and the family that owns it. She also told us how the cucumber salad is her grandma’s recipe. It felt very nice and refreshing to have a real human interaction with someone at a restaurant, something hard to find now. Will certainly be back, and start using them to order meals to the airport.

I read about this place so I had to go try it out. It has a very high rating and now I know why. I enjoyed a delicious lunch. Had a Chicago Dog and a Coney Dog. Also had seasoned fries and Dr. Brown's Root Beer. What a feast! Topped it off with a chocolate ice cream bar. Many thanks to Lisa for her attention to detail. This place is a hidden gem. Next time I'm in the area, I will stop again.

What a fantastic meal I just had. The owner Bill delivered my order himself and explained to me where the inception of 3Bz came from. I ordered an Italian hoagie with the works and my Girlfriend got a Turkey hoagie and we loved both of them!

I recently visited Philly where I tried LaSpadas for the first time and O M G was 3Bz better just like Bill told me.

I will 100000% be back soon to try their Chicago Dawg. Thanks for the good food and service, Bill!

Impressive as soon as I walked in. Cozy little but brightly lit exceedingly clean restaurant. Restroom very clean as well. First visit I ordered the French dip with provolone cheese and I asked for sweet peppers and cherry peppers on the side. Lisa greeted me with a bright smile and service was excellent as was the sandwich on a soft freshly baked roll melt in your mouth deliciousness! Recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing. Doing everything the right way. The bread the meat the hotdogs. You could easily drive by it but I promise you it’d be a mistake. Trust me if you are looking for an amazing sub place in palm beach county don’t bother going any where else. Shocked at just how good it was!

Wish I would have found this place sooner! Customer service was great, the chili sauce is delicious and the meat and peppers in the French dip were perfect. The au jus for dipping had just the right amount of flavor as well. Will definitely return if ever back in the area!

Have gotten food from here several times and never disappointed. Staff is extremely nice and the food is made quickly and tastes delicious too! Would recommend this to anyone.

Awesome Hoagie Shop (aka Sub Shop) After seeing & trying a Hoagie from their Hoagie Boat on Peanut Island this past weekend. I had to try it in person at their shop. The "Italian all the Way" is my favorite. Fresh meats and soft bread. Just the right amount of meats & veggies. Great balance. The business was very clean and the staff is friendly. I will be back for sure! I'll be looking for them next time I'm at Peanut Island.

My staff and I order from them usually once a week and every time the food is delicious. They deliver very promptly and the owner makes some great subs. I have personally had the meatball parmesan, French dip and their special sub numerous times and it has aleays been fantastic. I recommend going there once because I know you'll go back many times after that.

This place is amazing! Not only are the prices reasonable, but the service is greater & the serving size is just short of enough for a FOOD COMA!! Their Meatball Parm is phenomenal! Tasty & carefully put together Hoagies so that in every bite there is a little nirvana!
The location is bright and easy open the eyes. Tv’s in here are all over so that in any direction that i look, i can watch something.

Very well put together food , love the way they make their hoagies. Everything has perfect taste and gets you to come back for more. Hot dogs are delicious can’t ask for anything better they hit the spot. Also there salads definitely filling and tasteful food. They go all out on their hoagies and put more toppings. they actually fill your sandwich with more meat and other toppings then other name brands in the area. Absolutely love this place , best in town!!!!

Such a great CLEAN sandwich place. Super hard to come by a good sandwich shop AND clean sandwich shop now a days. The owner here is super awesome & strives for the perfect sandwiches with the BEST ingredients. 12/10 experience & will definitely be coming back!!

Amazing subs with quality fresh ingredients! Sweet peppers and seasonings really set it off.

1st time my husband and I went and we absolutely love it!! We got an Italian sub and a meatball sub and they were both just full of flavor.

Love this place!!!! Subs are so good and everything is fresh! My favorite! The owner is fabulous, he usually delivers and he's a great. Highly recommend you give this place a try.
