They been a local car wash & oil change for as long as fifty years! Their services is clean quick and friendly,all the cars I have bought they have service each one of them, because I trust them with it🙏👍👍👍

I received the dash and door service and leather seat cleaning this morning and couldn't wait to post my review! This place was the most professional, punctual, and thorough car wash I have ever experienced. Nothing short of the best! My car was SPOTLESS, it was cleaner than I ever thought was possible....and my car was a hot mess when I brought it there! The manager, Chris, was such a great help with figuring out what type of service I would need, what the price would be, and what I could expect from my experience. I would recommend this car wash to anyone! If I could give it 6 stars, I would. If you're thinking about what car wash to give your hard earned money and time to, this is the one!

This place was great! Great customer service, great prices and they do it all! I have a Mini Cooper and a lot of places can’t do oil changes on it, pulled up and they got me right in! A car wash was included in my oil change ! THENN as I I’m waiting a man named Kenny approached me telling my windshield was cracked which I was aware of but had not had it fixed he set me all up through my insurance to come to me at work next week to get it fixed! Will definitely be using them in the future thanks guys!

They did a great job cleaning my Jeep inside and out! I had been traveling with my dog so it was extra messy!

My car was a hot mess—hadn’t had a car wash for quite some time AND squirrels had started to use the roof as a mango dinette. There were fibrous bits of mango pulp scattered and glued everywhere! I sprang for ‘the works’ (a full service but non “detail” option) and was very pleased. The Pronto team took quite a bit of time prepping and then finishing up. My car looks better than it has in quite a while. Just make sure you know what you are paying for, as the signage is a bit confusing. It turns out the ‘express’ version of ‘the works’ would have been less expensive but without the interior vacuum job (but I did want that, so).

Update: I'm changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. To rate this place based on a quick in and out wash is seriously underselling their services. I had a full detail done instead of a quick wash and the car came out looking phenomenal. Definitely worth a trip.

My 1 star review: Its great if you're dropping off your car and waiting but I opted for the $14 Express Wash. I was told to pull up and I would be directed into the line. I sat there for 20 minutes before I just shoved my way into the line. They just ignored me. Once in the actual car wash, it had stopped about 4 or 5 times because the attendants couldn't keep up with how many cars were going through. The roller brushes in the car wash did not spin at all so my car was left with dirt and dust all over it after coming out. As I was coming out an attendant hand dried the car, the only problem was he did my hood and half my windshield before signaling that I needed to pull out because there was another car behind me. Again, waited a few minutes and nobody came back to finish so I just left. Very bad experience and very disorganized.

TL;DR this place is great for when you want a full detail but if you want a quick run through the carwash to get the dirt off, go somewhere else. Come back here when you want a full detail because the cars I saw getting detailed looked great.

Just finished the $16 service (after tax) and was very impressed! Several different gentlemen personally scrubbed, rinsed, and hand dried my car, doing an excellent job of getting those love bugs off. It is not easy to find a good car wash.. Thank you so much!!!

I have been taking my cars to Pronto for at least 20 years and have always had good experiences. This most recent car wash and detail on Monday was the best ever! Superb! I always have and will continue to bring my car here and also will continue to recommend them!

Don't understand all of the negative comments. These people run a business they are not here to steal damage or disappoint you. They provide a service. A good service. There is no way to know who they hire will steal or damage your car. They have been in business a very long time and rely on good service given to you in hopes you will return. Any time i have had any problem i have mentioned it and it has been adjusted to how i want it. They must keep a quick pace to get you in and out quickly as possible. Do you want to sit and wait and wait. No.. They know your time is valuable. Speak up at the time. Negative comments here do not clean your car the way you want... Ken

I needed an oil change and pulled in here just driving by. Oil change went quick, workers were courteous and I didn't have to sit through a bunch of hard core upsells. Pricing was very reasonable as well. On top of that I got a car wash included, which I expected to be just a run through but to my surprise, the attendant at the end went over the car inside and out drying and cleaning dashboards and windows and rims, etc. Very well done, I was impressed. The guy's name was Patrick and I'd recommend asking for him if you got through there, he spent a lot of time on the detailing and did a great job.

Great experience. Fair price for the oil change and the free car wash was actually very thorough. They even installed the windshield wipers I had just bought at Walmart for me☺ won't be going anywhere else from now on😌

When you want your car to look brand new again, you take your vehicle to Pronto they are the very best in the business period. Dave and his crew did an exceptional job on my dodge ram. It looks like a new vehicle again and I am very happy with the whole experience.

It can be a pricey car wash. Depends on what you ask for. They do an exceptional job! My Benz was shining and clean when they finished! Very overdue and much needed!

Had my car fully detailed inside and out by Levar. He beyond exceeded my expectations! My car went in absolutely filthy and neglected (due to my extremely busy schedule) and came out looking brand new! Will only go to Pronto for my car washes and detail! Have been a customer for years. Was on a visit from out of town and needed a few maintenance items done to the car before heading back home. A man named Gabriel was attentive and extremely helpful on getting everything done to make my trip back home safe and sound. If I ever had to revisit I will have to stop there for any small maintenance needed on my car. I really appreciate how well he took care of a out of town customer.

Have been going to Pronto for years, but never left a review. $24 for full service car wash is a bit pricey, but def had a great experience today with everyone. Awesome service all around, in particular, Anthony went above and beyond.

Did a find job with my car, especially vacuuming it out. I wonder if the other reviewers that weren’t as happy actually paid for a full detail or if they just had unrealistic expectations for the full car wash + vacuuming, which was about 24$ - I was satisfied. My suggestion to the company would be better communication on where to drive up at first, and what was going to happen after they gave me the ticket - like if they were going to call my number inside the waiting room and if I should go up to the counter and pay right away.

This place is freaking amazing. You get hand washed service at automatic prices! They did the best job ever cleaning my car. You can pay with cc or debt for the wash but make sure to bring a couple bucks these guys work hard and deserve tips! I felt like a jerk the first time I was there because I didn't realize how things worked. I highly recommend this place over any car wash in St. Pete! Don't forget to tip!
