Alexis did my sister and my mother's hair- he is an artist. My sister got a very layered cut that she wanted and it turned out beautifully. He is truly amazing. The atmosphere of the salon is very friendly and welcoming. They do wonderful work here. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

Straight hair for a week that held up really well and curls reverted after washing. I will be going back - I got a roller set and sat under the dryer and she gave my hair a light trim 😊

If you have afro textured hair, don’t even think about going here to get your hair blowdried and straightened. I made a huge mistake. From the moment I left the salon, I noticed an odd smell from my hair and I figured it was the product. I asked for a wash, blow dry, press and trim. When it came time to wash, my texture didn’t revert. I noticed my ends were completely straight and my hair is stringy all the way up to the root. I should’ve known. I I figured they might know how to work with all hair types but I was mistaken. The hair smelled the same way it did once I towel dried. It smells like Nair when you know it’s time to wipe it off, but I’m not loosing too much hair or anything, I just lost my curls. The second pic you see is what my hair looked like before the salon— fully wet before he did my hair. I figured something was off because when I CashApped the stylist, they never accepted the money. After a week or two, if the recipient doesn’t accept the funds in CashApp, the funds reverse back to the sender, i.e. me. I almost called to question if there was a mistake when I saw the reversal but I let it be. I’m thinking they knew they screwed up and let the money refund? Either way, I’m not angry, just sad and I’ll have to do a drastic big chop most likely…

I went to have a hair cut, just something basic. The man that cut my hair did a terrible job. I found out a few days later when I straightened my hair. It was extremely crooked and awful. You could see it right way the terrible job he did. I did go fix it, but the man was busy with another client. This sweet lady offer to fix it, but I hated the fact I had to pay again. It wasn't fair for me to pay again. Even tho, it wasn't the full price. It should of been free because it was the man that messed up my hair. I would just say make sure you straightened your hair after so you can see if it's good. I would not recommend cutting your hair with the man.
