AT&T Store

I went in the store unsure about buying a new phone but Fred and Garret not only saved me money on my purchases but took the extra step to look into saving money on my account in general all honesty they did a great job always gone to this store and will never leave it great work!

Shirlenna couldn’t have been more helpful. What a great store and they are fantastic at customer service! She went above and beyond and stayed late after the store was closed to help me! 👍🏼

I received a new phone from my daughter and went to your store to transfer the information from my old phone to the new phone your representative Cherylna (not sure of the spelling) she could not have been friendlier or more helpful and I am extremely happy thank you.

I went into this store with me and my husband. We went to get our phones activated. I must say, Erick is a very knowledgeable and kind young man. At first I couldn’t tell if he was the manager or a sales rep, he presented himself very well. I hope he is prosperous and continues to keep doing so well! So great to put a great person to represent this company!! Treated us very well!!

I went into this store with a friend who was having an issue with his phone. He needed to upgrade, but first had to pay off his phone. We went in and spoke to Angel AG3682 He was very pleasant to deal with and tried his best to do what we needed to do. There was an issue regarding ATT back end and couldn't complete the transaction, nor give my friend a new phone.

I spoke to a customer service representative who did not help at all nor did they give Angel any way to fix this. The rep said that she apologized but it will take 24 hours for the payment to go through and for my friend to get a phone. This also meant that he would not have a phone for that time AND ATT took the money with no way to give it back if he wanted to cancel the transaction and wait til tomorrow.

Angel was working very hard to get a resolution and offered to continue to look at the account until the end of the day and if anything changed he would call me. We decided to go back at 5:00 pm but there had been no change. At 6:30 pm he gave us a call to let us know that the money had been processed and that we could come back and upgrade.

I really did not have a good feeling that this would have happened, but I did indicate that I had stock in ATT and would call the president of ATT to complain. I have had to do that previously when other issues happened.

The stars are NOT for ATT, they are for Angel Guadarrama AG3682. He was the best person to have on the front lines, he took control of the situation and we left upset, but knowing that he was going to figure out a way to get us the upgrade. He is a valuable employee and he should be in charge of the store. He really has made a great impact on me and I will be back to work with him in the future. Give Angel a raise!!! Hes a rock star!!!!

The staff were the best I have ever seen. Extremely polite and very knowledgeable and try their best to ensure you get the service you want for the lowest price with the phones you want. Me and my family were having trouble with Sprint and T-Mobile switching over to at&t and they stayed with us the whole way through to switch even taking around 4 hours until everything was solved. Never feels like they are forcing plans and sales on you, they just want to ensure you get the best service.

I went to that store after a very bad experience with another one ohhh my God the staff was exceptional, very patient, so professional with me. After my bad experience with the other store as a new customer they put their heart in helping and convince to stay with AT&T. Extraordinary people, best Angel, Manny and Shatee and also the manager you guys are the best.

The people were very friendly and welcoming. They helped me find the best plan that worked for my needs. I switched from Verizon with no difficulty. I would definitely come back to this store if i have any problems or questions in the future.

My boyfriend and I were recently in West Palm visiting family from Texas and the day before we got there my boyfriends phone completely fried. We weren’t sure if we were going to be able to purchase phone and set up new line states away, and with the help of Erich and Daniel they made that happen. I was very pleased with the service I received form Hector and Elizabeth. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They really went out of their way to assist and help my husband and I not only with setting up our New phones but hooking up the phone with my husband's truck. If we had any questions they took the time to answer them completely. I give their service a 5 star rating.

I followed Eric from store to store cause each time I get helped by him, he will always answer any of my silly questions I have about my new smartphone for my wife and me. He is a great person to have for Anywhere. Stop by to him at the Okeechobee and Sansbury store near the Publix shopping center. Great knowledgeable young man 👍🏿

Excellent customer service. Nice to go to a place that the people are sincere in helping you. Location is also very convenient. Wished I had noticed they were in the Publix plaza. Angel and JT were very helpful and quick in helping me.

I can't believe the difference in service between this location and the majority of sales centers. Hector not only fixed my phone when no one else could, he found me a discount through my employer that I didn't know existed. He was attentive, professional, knowledgeable and fast. Wow! Great customer service really does exist!!

Brandon Nguyen is back at this store and he is now the Manager!!! I haven't seen him all year and the store has not been the same without him. I am glad they chose to bring him back to this location. Thank you for the great service as always.

We had switched our TV service to AT&T TV. Our service was terrible. We informed the AT&T store in Loxahatchee, and they provided no assistance, only solutions that didn't fix the problem. In desperation, we went to the Okeechobee store, and Brandon, the store associate, had a service man immediately call AT&T. WE had a technician the next day. Of all the store assistants we have dealt with from many different stores, the Okeechobee store was the most helpful. I strongly commend the staff there, in particular Brandon, for always being courteous and helpful.
