Staff went above and beyond to make me and everyone else comfortable and happy. Great atmosphere and great haircuts.

Been going to Level Up for the past year or so! Every lady there has cut a fade on my and they have all done outstanding jobs. My favorite barber to use is definitely Colleen though! She is always so fun to talk to and can just really connect with her! She is great at doing faded and always makes sure that I have a good time when I am there! I would definitely recommend anyone to go there and use Level up!

Staff always have smiles on their faces and really seem to enjoy being their. Today I was taken care of by Colleen and she went the extra mile to make sure I had a great haircut and trimmed all the necessary old man places.

10/10 recommend! My son is autistic and when I tell you they did an amazing job, THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB! Shannon and Angela had so much patience with him!! We were not rushed or felt like an inconvenience. Will be going there from now on!

Got my haircut here recently, one of the best ones I've had, staff is friendly and they have a system where they put your previous haircut in and so next time they can just look it up. Definitely recommend this place

I visited this business today for the first time after a friend recommended it. I was not disappointed! Mandi cut my hair as well as shaped up my beard. Probably one of the best haircuts I've had and no man dislikes a hot face towel and shave with a straight razor! It was so relaxing the only bad part about the entire deal was getting up out of the chair. The staff are super friendly and I felt like I knew all of them from the moment I walked in. Let me warn you though, if you are in a hurry this is not the place to go. They take such exceptional pride in their work. Between the haircut and beard trim and shaping I was there nearly 2 hours. I used an app on my phone to check in so I didn't wait more than 1 minute. For me going to this Barber shop was more like a day at the spa. even though I've never had a day at a spa I can imagine that's about as close as it would be LOL. Anyway I can't give this business any better recommendation! You will not be disappointed. Also, everybody's different, but when I go back I will ask for Mandi.

What an awesome experience each time my son and I come in. Not only do we get an great haircut but we are greeted like family and know we are loved here. By far the best business in town. If you want to laugh, feel appreciated, and get the best cut in Georgia, then go see my friends at level up. Angelica and Dustin have been cutting my hair for years. Love the staff! They are funny and down to earth! They definitely make you feel at home! Shannon did a great job on my sons hair and I am super picky about his hair! We found our new barbershop!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Angelica cut my sons hair. He is absolutely in love with his haircut!! It was a big transformation. He had long blonde curls and she gave him a nice cut. He was nervous but she made him so comfortable.

It is the first time I have ever "followed" my hair stylists from one location to another...and I don't regret it. Level Up is legit. It is enjoyable to go into an environment where the workers genuinely love being at work. I have no reason to shop around for another place to get my hair cut. I have had my hair cut by Lea, Angelica, Shannon, and Dustin and all have done a stellar job, so it's nice to know I have more than one person that I can trust with my hair.

Absolutely the best haircut and beard trim experience I have ever had. Angelica did my treatment and what a treatment it was. It is a hybrid of the high end salon and old school barbershop. She taught me things about my beard I did not know. Highly recommend them and will continue to go back. This was my first time but will not be my last!!

I had the occasion to lose use this hair salon recently because I was following my hair technician Stephanie. I found it to be clean people-friendly easy Define prices were good. But of course wherever Stephanie would go she will take a following with her there is no greater technician on this planet and I wish her much success in her new environment trust me they are lucky to have her there they will see

Colleen wise, is my goto girl for my haircuts from now on. She could tell my previous barber had left my haircut disconnected. She done her magic and I left there feeling more confident and ready for the world ahead of me. She is a very professional barber she knows her stuff and communicates very well. I highly recommend her to any of my friends as well as the public.

First of all, start with their services. There are so much to choose from, you feel like a basic trim would be underwhelming, and their tiers add to that. I got the First Class cut, which for its experience, is very affordable. All of their prices are amazing and I love the customer service with it. All things are affordable for everyone, and show the quality right.

Continuing on, my First Class experience was mezmorizing. They first started to cut my hair, which is Extremely Curly. Then, the Barber took me to a room where he washed and shampooed my hair, while I had a hot towel over my face.

After that, He put me in a massage chair, and covered my face with a cold mask, towel, and earphones. It was realaxing music that took my mind into a space-dream for a good 5min. The whole experience is worth the 5star review, and my continuation of Level Up being my new Favorite Barber! Worth every single penny! I recommend this to all

Dustin Tew gave me the best haircut experience I’ve ever had. Great cut, he took his time and did a perfect job on my hair and beard. Recommended some beard oil too! Overall, great experience!!! I won’t get my hair done anywhere else.

The girls are awesome! My husband won't go anywhere else and I wouldn't let him lol. They are spot on with men's haircuts and beard trimming/care.
