Rubber City Tire & Auto Repair

I've been taking my car to Rubber City for years and now my kids cars too. I know nothing about cars and I never feel like they are taking advantage of that. They are honest, always reasonably priced, and take the time to explain and fix things in the most cost effective way. The business is family owned and everyone there is very very nice and so helpful. Their turn around time is also very fast. It even makes me feel more comfortable seeing a female working there (she may be one of the owners). But just seeing her makes me, as a female, feel a lot less intimidated and way more comfortable than being in a mechanic shop that's all run by men. I feel a lot less panic about car issues knowing I have them as my local go to mechanic. Highly recommend them to everyone! :)

These guys have had to patch a tire here and there for me on my X3. The staff and mechanics here are honest, efficient, and straightforward. Good customer service isn’t easy to come by these days, but here I’ve never worried about that and have always left feeling well taken care of. Thanks guys!

They are not the most expensive, and they are not the least expensive. You are given the option of quality parts installed correctly the first time.
They are fairly priced, highly competitive and strive for excellence in their performance when it comes to customer service, quality assurance, and public relations.
They are family, owned, and operated for 35 years. You do not stay in business for that long if you’re not doing something correct. When I purchased my American racing rims and my Michelin tires, they gave me the best price in the area. I would highly recommend giving, Cesar, Leslie, Cesar Jr., Carl or Eric a visit.

exceptional service and people. i have come for tires for the better part of 10 years but never needed work. came in for brakes and there ended up being a bigger issue- and on top of that i had to pick my kids up in 2 hours. the owner and his wife went ABOVE and beyond to make sure i had a safe car on the road and able to pick my kids up on time- even offering to take me to get them if it wasn’t ready. Also they were very straightforward when it came to what is needed and my budget understanding i’m a single mom.

their staff is also incredibly kind to my kids and helpful with any questions. honorable mention to cesar and angel.

Amazing amazing amazing service. I wish I lived closer to only use them. I called stuck on the side of 275 with my two daughters. Caesar helped me get a tow, checked to make sure we were okay, stayed to let us get our stuff out of our car. He went above and beyond to take care of my little family. 🥹 so thankful I ended up calling him. Don’t trust anyone else with your vehicle!!!

Working with Rubber City made upgrading my truck very easy. Personalized service helped me identify the wheels, tires and lift kit I needed. Needed help getting an aftermarket TPMS system installed into a car that didn’t have a native TPMS system. Eric took care of it and was amazing from the moment I called to the time I arrived and completed the work. Quick and quality service at a great price. Highly recommend!!!

Had a slow leak and new to the area. Found Rubber City on the web. They had me in and out in 30 minutes (Holiday weekend) with a reasonable charge and showed me what they were doing and why every step of the way. I have family in the area and raved about the great service!

Noticed a nail in my tire late in the afternoon and needed it fixed by the following morning. Called the shop and spoke to Cesar and he told me to come on in. Everyone was friendly and professional. Eric was quick and had my tire fixed in no time. Fast, friendly and fairly priced service!

We were on a long camping trip for Spring Break this year. During the trip, we had severe problems with both tires on our camper. It was a Sunday night, so we had to make due and limp to our campground. On Monday morning, I called Rubber City and talked to Cesar about my tire situation. I told him I needed it replaced the next day (Tuesday morning) as we were continuing our trip to the next location. He ordered a couple of options for me to make sure we were covered. I said I would be there between 11 and 11:30. We were a little late that day, but Cesar called me to check on me. I happened to be 5 minutes away. From the time I got in there, he had me fully repaired and back on the road in 45 minutes!!!! Sorry for the long-winded story, but USE THIS COMPANY!! They were a treat to deal with, and it was very much appreciated by these weary travelers. Thank you to Cesar for being so responsive, so professional, and so courteous with us.
