Level 11 Rooftop Bar & Lounge

This place has an excellent vibe and the absolute BEST rooftop view on St. Pete Beach, especially during sunset. I definitely recommend the Key Lime Martini. It tastes just like a key lime pie. Our server, Cole, was amazing!

Went there to see the sunset and enjoy a chill vibe and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Will not be our last time for sure! Parking was a bit of a hassle but get there a little early and it shouldn’t be too bad.

This place was great, my first time here, and will absolutely return. Great place to see the sunset, enjoy conversations, and possibly meet new friends.

Great place! Bar Level 11 is located at the rooftop of Bellwether Hotel in St. Petersburg, under Spinners Rooftop Grill. You can walk all around it, as it’s built like a circle, enjoy the view, take great pictures of the ocean and the beach.
During evening time they have it very nicely decorated with purple and blue lights, and it’s definitely a very enjoyable experience for lunch or dinner with friends. Food and drinks are great! Highly recommend visiting.

I went to Level 11 Rooftop Bar & Lounge on a Sunday afternoon with my partner to witness the breathtaking sunset. I must say, the view of the sunset from this place was truly exceptional. In my opinion, it offers the most splendid sunset view in the entire St. Pete area. The sight was so mesmerizing that it felt like gazing at a stunning piece of artwork. Although drinks are served exclusively at the bar rather than at the tables, this did not diminish the overall enjoyment of the experience. All in all, witnessing such a magnificent sunset made the visit to Level 11 Rooftop Bar & Lounge worthwhile, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

Beautiful views, great drinks good bites and a poshy setting, what more can you ask for. The sunset views are to die for. At night everything lights up and you can see 270 degrees view of St Pete Beach n bay. We came for 4th of July weekend and had the best seat in the house for the works displayed all over. If you're in town I would highly recommend a visit.

Great drinks - blue mermaid is tasty 😋. Charcuterie board is really good and the key lime pie was amazing!

Level 11 has AMAZING views, good drinks, and a freaking *killer* playlist that I want to get my hands on to duplicate at home (shoulda tagged everything). You'll also find a photographer who strolls the rooftop, but she was a little timid.
What I don't understand is the gnat problem on the roof. This was the only drawback of an otherwise stellar evening.
After the sunset colors faded, we moved to the sofas at the back half of the roof and sat much more comfortably. The tables set up along the perimeter are a little uncomfortable, but that's okay. You end up standing to take pictures once the sun goes down and the colors come out.
We took advantage of the Freebee to take us to/from Pass-A-Grille, so no issues with parking.
Also really cute to have witnessed an older couple getting married!

Located on beautiful St. Petersburg FL. beach. The views from this 360° restaurant bar are amazing. The appetizer selection is great and drinks as well. I would recommend trying to get here and enjoy before the sun sets, just as beautiful once lights come on. It is very breezy up this high so be sure to be prepared for the wind. Ladies bring your hair ties. Cheers.

Mainly a higher class place to get drinks and snack style food. Paid $32 for a charcuterie board but felt like real organic food. Great place to dress up and look at the ocean and have a couple drinks.

i have been here several times. only recommendation to the staff is get another choice of charcuterie board. EVERYONE comes for that, extremely popular, and i do recommend, but after having it 3-4 times… and not being a big fan of the salamis and pepperoni, i’d love to see a crudités board! some veggies and humus with the other offerings. love the goat cheese and jams.
love going there, but again, I would LOVE to see another choice for the board!

This place is on the 11th floor and is outdoors. All the seating line the border of the building. There's another restaurant above it that spins very slowly while you eat. The whole floors spins.

But this place is great. Food is delicious. Mostly small plate items, but I ordered the hardiest item which was a Duck Quesadilla for $19. Amazing. Great beer. Chill staff, but it does get packed at sunset cause everyone wants pics with the sunset. I'd go again

Stunning view (especially sunset) that changes depending on where you sit. Level 11 wraps 360° around the building which is the tallest on Saint Pete beach. There are two bars on this floor; one facing the gulf and the other the strip. Part of the floor allows you to order drinks and a limited appetizer menu while the other permits you to order the full food menu from Spinners one floor above.

Great views from this roof top bar. You can see the gulf and bay which makes for a great place for sunsets and cocktails!

Best view on St. Pete Beach! Great date night spot, dinner with friends or even a large group. It's all open air so make sure the weather is cooperate. They do have some great patio heathers for the cooler nights. But it's Florida so hey, that's probably pretty likely. Most of the food items are lite bites and fun to share. Everything we had was outstanding! Nice wine selection by the glass as well.

Bartender could use some help , the free public view to the top was great for a 360 of the shore and ocean , the dial restaurant inside is a nice atmosphere as welll

Lovely ambience, great food and service. Good for dates and drinks with friends. I'll definitely come back.
