Judy Kordt successfully sold our cabin, was pleasant, easy to work with, gave good advice about getting ready for the sale, but gave little to no advice about the actual selling. She repeatedly gave the advice "sell", and "sign" without telling us the significance of what we were signing, what we were giving up when signing, or what different things we could have done that would have been in our interest. We would have profited from knowing what the pages and pages of the proposals meant. We were continually surprised each time we found out "we had signed that away" and did not have an opportunity to decide on the issues ourselves. Sad.
