My first time going into this new citi trends. I loved it. It’s clean and organized and I’m hoping it stays that way. Good customer service from the cashier. Highly recommend this store over the store on Central

I love Citi Trends! if I'm going out, or planing a trip. I can grab 2 outfits for about 75-120$

This review reflects this SPECIFIC and not the the CITIRENDS brand as a whole.
I LOVE the brand and the shopping experience overall at all locations generally; I have been a longtime CitiTrends customer. But, forewarning, the experience at this location may dampen ones experience if you are expecting the usual upbeat and friendly CitiTrends experience that I am used to.
In short, the staff is inattentive, mildly rude, uninformative, and give an overall sense that you are invading their peace and space.
Cellphone culture is dominant and personal matters are on the forefront at all times. Store is very neat and clean but cannot makeup for the staff's lack of customer service. I am one to shop for peace and nothing is pleasant about the shopping experience at this location.

Worst citi trends ever! My 6yr daughter almost peed on herself and the lady said she was going to get fired if she open the rest room up for my daughter to use. I spent $470.00 and all i keep thinking about is how nasty she was to me and my kids and im calling the fire marshell and attoney general office and BBB office. I will start first with dept of health! The lady had chin hair yelled at me while my daughter was doing the potty dance. I changed my mind i dont want this location to have my hard earned money.NOPE NOT ME!

Store nice but both young ladies working in store have no customers service experience seem to have straight attitudes when asked a question or even spoken 2 I like citi trends but the poor attitudes everytime I come definitely will be my last time at this one an not all but young people wonder why they can't get a good job or keep one check your attitudes!!!! it's to early in the morning and God has blessed us with this beautiful day to be nasty it is not healthy for you or your business! Be blessed

Store employees Have no customer service at all , store smells like weed and breath ,looks like a bunch of kids that work there

Always only 1 person in this sign always on window last 4 times I've come here bad business always at peak times
