Our house roof has been damaged by the hurricane wind. Olympus insurance company set up a claim number immediately and passed on to Baldwin roof Company. They handled claim very professionally and timely. Once the work order has been delivered, the office manager along with on-site supervisor has been communicated with us through text messaging, email and phone calls on a daily basis. The different crew members always show up on time. The work has been done in a very fast pace with high quality. We highly recommend this company for all future customers. After a hail storm, it was determined that our roof needed to be replaced!
Insurance company recommended Baldwin Roofing Company but I could use someone else if I preferred.
Glad I went with their recommendation.

First let me say Baldwin roofing is an excellent roofing company. I meet with Justin to give me A quote for the project, he did a more through assessment than an other company. Then we discussed roofing systems, there are options to fortify the roof to help make it hold up better in severe weather and get longer warranty. Next I talked to Michelle,Baldwins project coordinator, she told me about the delivery of materials , when trash dumpster would be delivered and confirmed start date . all events happened exactly when she said they would. Then I meet David the supervisor for my project at the start date he keep a constant eye on things an was always there to answer any questions address any concerns. The crew themselves made David's job easy , they were all talented at what they do.In my opinion When people do a search for roofers Baldwin is the high quality company they hope to end up with.

We had our roof replaced this month. Turnaround time was fast…two weeks from order to install. Install was completed on time and the crew was punctual, polite and tidy. I had several dealings with Chris on the front end and Michelle on the back end. Both were conscientious and customer focused. Very nice job and my new roof looks great!

The roof on our house was damaged last year during a hail storm and since our roof was only 6 years old, I didn't think much about it. UNTIL, my son's home just a few homes away, needed to have his roof checked out do to age and it showed severe hail damage. I then had our roof checked out and I was very surprised about the damage on our roof. Our insurance company sent out an adjuster and it was deemed a new roof was to be installed. I thought I had a choice of roofers but our insurance company allowed only Baldwin Roofing to install the new roof.
I was very apprehensive to use a company that I didn't have knowledge about them. MUCH TO MY SATISFACTION, I was very pleased with the workmanship, protection of our exterior of the home, and the people that I came into contact with during the 2 day installation. This company did an amazing job repairing our roof. Not only where they professional and communicated every step of the way, but they also completed the job and record time! Our roof was damaged by Hurricane Ian. Our insurance company recommended Baldwin Roofing and we are sure glad they did. They were able to quickly come and tarp the roof to prevent additional damage and then began the process of inspection and repair very quickly. They worked very closely with us and our insurance company to begin repairs as soon as possible. We live in NJ and the people in the office were very helpful and responded to all our questions. I flew down to be onsite 11/26 and by 11/30 all repairs were completed. The field rep Josh Van Horn was very thorough in all aspects of the repair before during and after. The roofing crew were on time, polite and did a fantastic job on the roof as well as cleanup. The gutter crew were also fantastic and did a great job. After all the work was done Josh came back and did an inspection and walked around with me to be sure I was satisfied. They made this experience during a stressful time very calming. One morning I had a leak that was coming into the house. With more heavy rain just hours away I called Baldwin Roofing. Adam was at my house in no time. He found the leak. Took pictures from inside the attic and on the roof to show me the leak was coming from one of the plumbing boots. He fixed the leak at no charge. While on th roof he also blew the leaves from my gutters. This was before he ever talked to me about a new roof or gave me an estimate. After seeing that my roof was in such rough shape Adam recommended we get a new roof. Knowing that my roof was over 20 years old I agreed with Adam. He was very professional and informing. There was zero pressure and Adam gave us a more than fair price. His crew was out later that week and did an exceptional job. They protected all of my lawn and landscaping. They cleaned up all debris. They answered any questions I had. The entire experience with Baldwin from beginning to end was wonderful! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof. I was very lucky that my insurance company requested I use Baldwin Roofing. It was not without a few suppliers problems but the materials and workmanship was top notch. I could not be happier. I have had two of my neighbors come to me for Baldwins number. They did a great job.

I scheduled our roof inspection with Colleen, who was able to fit us in the very next day. Jorge came right out and performed a detailed and comprehensive inspection. The office staff was easy to communicate with. We came south for the roof replacement the summer of 2023. The gutters were replaced January of 2024. The workers were courteous and conscious. The cleanup was well done. With all of the rain we have had since then, no issues have occurred, thank goodness.
Jamie, from the office, and Adam from the field, were the prime reasons for a successful job completion.

This review is long overdue but I wanted to express how pleased we are when we met Roofing Specialist Josh VanHorn Sr. with Baldwin Roofing in October 2023. Our roof/gutter damage was from hurricane Ian in Sept. 2022 & because of the poor communication with our insurance this process dragged on. Once Baldwin Roofing was assigned to our claim the process went very smooth with the BEST communication & service with everyone from Baldwin Roofing, including Project Coordinator Michelle, Project Manager Daniel, Herman who took charge answering all of our questions while they were physically replacing our roof, to the two gentlemen who did our gutters. We couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
