I have never seen a harder working crew than Duncan Roofing’s crew lead by Anthony! They arrived early and worked all day total stripping it down to the Plywood! Over the next 2 days totally replaced everything and all done with the Hand Hammered nails to perfection and what I considered a very Reasonable price! First Picture was the start and Second was the finish. Yes i would Strongly recommend them!

I had needed a new roof for a couple years and spoke with Seth from Duncan roofs. He was super responsive, caring, and made the process easy for us. He was upfront about all the costs and I trust him. We had received estimates from other companies but felt best about Duncan. They use great quality products and our timberline ultra roof looks perfect. They took off and rehung our gutters (which not Very many companies do). They put tarps over all plants and our jacuzzi, and were very clean and did not make a mess. I walked the roof when they were done and there was no mess, everything was perfect!

Their team showed up first thing for two mornings with a full crew and tackled the job and made it look easy even though it’s hot outside. Among the many gentleman that were out, John, Avery, and Carl spoke with us when the job was complete, and were very professional and courteous!

I couldn’t be happier: if anyone needs a new roof I highly recommend Duncan Roofs!

They were great! Seth came out with a proposal (a better price than the other guy)! The teams worked great together to get the job done. We have a tile roof, so it was a wait to get the tile in but once it was delivered, it was installed in one day! They even handed out cute bear magnets with an apology for the noise to our neighbors! We highly recommend Duncan Roofs!

I reached out to a few company’s for a quote on a roof repair. All, either wanted to replace my entire roof, not touch the job, or quoted what I simply couldn’t afford. Duncan roofs came though with both a repair and replace quote! The repair was so affordable I went with them and was very pleased with the quality. The cost of the replacement makes me realize Duncan should be the first on my list when I’m financially ready.

I called Duncan Roofs to get a quote on a repair because I was afraid the cost of replacement was going to cost too much and I wouldn’t be able to afford it at the time. When Seth came out to meet with me about the repair price he also talked with me about the condition and age of my roof and went over my options or repair and replacement. He suggested financing to replace my roof which ended up working out perfectly for me, and the company they have worked with was super easy to set up and hassle free. I would give them 6 stars if I could!! I have recommended them to everyone I know thus far.

I’ve had Duncan Roofs do 2 homes for me now and love the ease and simplicity in which they handled it. Start to finished product i couldn’t be happier. I recently referred a neighbor for a small repair and they treated her as if it was a full tear out and replace even though it was a minor repair they treat their customers equally important.

After getting 3 estimates for a roof replacement I decided to go with Duncan Roofs. Their estimate was not the cheapest, but their warranty sold me! They will inspect the roof annually, and if needed make necessary repairs at no additional cost! There were no surprise extra charges for the job. I replaced a 17 yr old roof with minor leaks. My insurance company is happy and so am I. The warranty is transferrable should I sell. The owner came out and met with me personally to ensure that I was happy. The job was completed in 2 days and the roof looks beautiful! They were prompt with a Wind Mitigation inspection report which I sent to my insurance company. Tiffany was my contact, she was superb. She followed up with me to let me know when the city inspector was coming and emailed to me every document needed. I would highly recommend giving Duncan Roofs.

We've used Duncan for all of our families and our roofing needs! We wouldn't trust our roofs with anyone else. We received great support from the office, foreman and all employees. The team was professional and responsive. We've had no issues before, during or after. We recommend everyone we know to Duncan!

Duncan was absolutely great! They completed our roof in about 5 hours and even my neighbors gave great reviews! At one point there was about 18 men on our roof and did amazing! If you want a beautifully done roof, pick Duncan. Thank you for doing such a great job and giving us relief! Our roof is beautiful!!

They no show/no called for an appointment to address issues with the installation of our roof. Follow-up: Duncan came through and responded quickly. Found out that they have an annual inspection service that comes with their installs.

We were extremely pleased with Duncan Roofs from start to finish. Everyone at Duncan Roofs including Tiffany and Emily in the office are helpful and caring! Patrick, our sales person, was very professional and took time explaining their process and charges. We interviewed two other roofing contractors and found that Duncan offered a competitive price with details about their process and materials. When we had questions about the process, Patrick got right back to us.

Our roof was installed earlier than quoted which pleased us! Randy was the foreman in charge and did a great job communicating with us. Their crew cleaned up each day and worked diligently to make sure nails and debris were removed. Our roof was completed in 3 days! There was minor damage done to our pavers from their truck but Bob Duncan readily agreed to have it repaired. He sent Norman out and we think he did an excellent job fixing our driveway pavers. By the way, Norman also was sent to our house before our new roof was installed because we had a minor leak and were concerned it could be a big issue since we were heading out of town. We were impressed that Duncan sent Norman out right away and he saved our roof until the new one could be installed.

We enjoyed meeting Mr. Duncan when he came to our home to collect payment (they never charged us a deposit!) . It is obvious this is a family business and he cares about his people! We highly recommend Duncan Roofs! Gaylon & Karen Swanson

Duncan Roofing installed and new roof on both my home and garage in September of 2016. They were on schedule, professional, and did a great job. As they were placing some new boards on my roof, one of the boards slid off the roof and broke a window. Their employee quickly notified their office and the window was replaced by that afternoon.
The rep was courteous and answered all my questions. The quote was comparable to others, however, Duncan took the time to contact me and also give a detail breakdown of costs. Another reputable roofing company just gave me a quote of the phone without any breakdown and never followed up to see if i had any questions.

Duncan Roofs is the 💣. They did a fantastic job. I had a two week deadline before my insurance company cancelled me. Duncan Roofs came out within a week and got it done in a day. The quality was fantastic. Seth and Heather were availble to answer my random questions throughout the process. The company also left letters on my neighbors doors with smelly hood bears letting the neighbors know the roofing would be starting and they apologized for any inconvenience during the process!!! Freaking awesome. Thanks guys!

Great company that stands by their work. Had them put on a roof 13 years ago. Over the years we have had a couple service calls and they were responsive and professional. With all the rain recently we noticed a leak and they were there when they said they would be and took care of the issues on the spot. Keep in mind this is over 13 years ago I contracted with them and they are still taking care of me. I will definitely use them again when I am due for a new roof. Thanks Duncan Roofing. Our roof was nearly 20 years old and was experiencing a leak during heavy rains. I'd contacted a few companies for quotes and either received no response, or was given some sort of runaround. I did finally receive a quote from one other company and one from Duncan Roofing in St. Petersburg, FL. We chose Duncan on their established history (101 years in business!!!), the price was in line with the other quote, they had great reviews online and I had a solid personal reference. We couldn't have been more pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism and the quality of the installation. They offer a lifetime labor warranty, annual onsite inspections and a 50-year shingle warranty (I am aware asphalt roofs do not last 50 years in FL BTW). The senior Mr. Robert Duncan actually stopped by after the installation to check on our satisfaction. They checked all the boxes to meet our needs.

The Duncan Roofs team were responsive, timely, professional and courteous. We needed a total roof replacement due to storm damage and their communication and continuous updates helped to make a stressful situation manageable. We are so thankful for their compassion and commitment to excellence in every aspect of their company.
