Pelican Palms Village

I bought my home here almost a year ago and I have seen nothing but improvements being made by Bill, Nancy and their team! They have a very hard job trying to keep everyone happy , but I have to say, I have no complaints at all about this property!! If you want a place that is centrally located to everything, beautiful pool area, grounds are kept up oh and did I tell you they are putting up a beautiful white fence around property for added security & privacy. Santa Bill, thank you and your team for all your hard work.

I am just now purchasing a unit and moving into the park. I spoke with several residents on the fly and they love it here. We also drove and walked through the park on several occasions at different times. No trouble found. The park is well maintained. I look forward to being a resident and participating with the activities.

Very small and stuffy-feeling. The pool is nice and so is the clubhouse. Ownership is not trustworthy. I would not advise living in this park as the owner, Don, is VERY unscrupulous and does not follow through on his commitments.

I love it, everyone is nice and polite. I wouldn't trade my new place for a house. It's very comfortable and I do have multiple areas where I can store my stuff. I have found a gold mine

Don is a great manager we live here and love it. When we first came here over a year ago he got us a great place for almost nothing helped us fix it and has been helping everyone ever since.the people who write bad things is because they are the ones causing the problem don is firm and stands his ground and because of him we have a great park.

Family members live here very nice safe place. Love to be here go walking swimming everything and even holiday gatherings. The owners are great people and the property managers are even better love it

Conner's Park is a truly nice place to live. What is horrible are so called "reviews" published with no oversight. Ridiculous fabrications made by disgruntled, disturbed individuals who can go on and literally say anything with no proof or basis. Before moving into any community you should check with multiple legitimate sources such as the Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce not to mention the local Police department for the FACTS and then check out the place for yourself. And by all means speak with residents who actually DO live there and haven't been evicted or who were declined residency and never permitted to live there in the first place. Choosing a place to live whether it be full time or seasonally is a HUGE decision. NONE of these negative reviews are true...I invite you to find out for yourself.

Two years...my opinion is that the park is well managed and a pleasure to live here.Folks they have a hot tub.laundry thats excellent and You CAN NOT BEAT THE LOCATION!

What a lovely place this is! A friend lives here and I was visiting. The homes are well kept as are the grounds. The shuffleboard courts and swimming pool are great!
