Disston Mobile Home Park

First, I don't live in this MHP. I attend church at the House of Hope across from the park. Attending 2 evening services, Wednesday and Saturday, I've felt safe walking to the bus stop, even talking to the occasional resident. The park is clean, friendly and pleasant. The lots are well maintained. No cars on bricks or delinquent youths. Very respectful. I've known American Karen's that I wouldn't want in my neighborhood but, no second thoughts about living in this community. Shame on the race rage person who left this bad review. Probably the same person who parks in the handicap places. Not a nice person when all you say is subjective to your bad character. I'll pray for you. ❤🙏

Racism is practiced in this park. If you are not Hispanic than you will be accused of every infraction they list. 6+ Hispanics can live in one unit, but any other race and they will have you thrown out and claim it's because the 3 of you have increased water usage. This park is in desperate need of a new manager.
