The manager is amazing, helpful, understanding. Overall all employees are friendly and great. I have disabled kids and this is one of the few places we have gone into without negative judgment ... Imagine that my kids were treated and looked at LIKE KIDS finally at a place in Florida 😂 but truly amazing employees here

Nice sneakers at great prices. Purchased 3 pairs of shoes on my visit. Pleasant staff greeted me, clean store, neat aisles, nothing out of place.

Can't say enough good things about the people who work here. I came in looking for a really specific color/style of shoe and unfortunately they didn't have it. The ladies up front tracked down a pair for me at their other location in Largo. They held it for me and I was able to drive to that location and pick it up 20 minutes later. I went to shoe carnival and several other locations the same day and none of them could help me out.

Hats off to your employees at this location for providing exceptional service. Because of the great experience I had last week, I will be stopping here first next time I need a pair of shoes.

Lori and Kathy were working yesterday, when my mom and I went to buy some shoes. Lori is so knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. Lori was there to help when we needed it, and she never hovered.

Very nice establishment! Kept nice and clean! And organized! I do have one issue! Advertising buy one get one half price okay I understand that clearance wouldn't be included but why other regular price shoes! Makes no sense! To me it sounds like bait-and-switch pulling you in when we know clearance is never on the special but not including most of your other newer shoes! That's just my opinion and I have one! Associates were very friendly also! But one of the associate did not know when the sale ended thought that was odd if you work there when you know when you're sell ends! I only spoke to the one so I don't know if the other ones did

Love shopping here. Usually have a pretty nice selection and friendly associates to help. Today I was informed that there is a $10 off code if you're a rewards member, but you must have the app. I downloaded it while at the register (thankfully there wasn't anyone waiting behind me,) logged in and BAM! I had an additional $20 off in rewards I had forgotten about. I may have missed it had Sierra not mentioned it. So, $30 off AND buy one, get one half price! I paid $24.05 for two pairs of shoes! I always go back and this is why!

I work for a nonprofit with kids, and we were looking to get them all new shoes before the new school year. The manager Lori was extremely generous in making a plan with us, and we bought about 40 pairs of shoes. I was then in and out of the store over the next week bringing in kids whose shoes didn't fit so they could exchange them, and I mostly saw the assistant manager Sierra. She was extremely helpful and super fabulous even though it was a bit of a tedious process. These wonderful ladies are a perfect example of caring community members. We couldn't do what we do without support from people like them and I'm so blown away by and grateful for their wonderful kindness. Thanks Lori and Sierra!

I had a great experience at Famous Footwear on Hwy 19 in Pinellas Park. They didn't have my size in a particular shoe I wanted, and associate 129229 (I'm terrible with names 🙁) went to another store for me to pick up my size. She said it was on her way. What a nice lady! I tried to tip her, but she refused to accept. Thanks again!!

Not too many people on a Monday at 7pm. I went looking for a pair of tennis shoes and bought 2 pairs. They had a "buy one and the second half price". Many brands to choose from and cheap to expensive prices.

While I have not bought any shoes here, I've found that the store is nice and tidy, and the staff are polite. Although they are expensive, I did look around, and though I did not buy any shoes, my experience here was quite nice. Hopefully yours will be as well.

Staff were very friendly and store was very neat with a good variety. (Sometimes hard to find sizes 6 and 7's in women's though)

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit. I have a small foot but wide. They took the time to measure my foot and brot me several shoes to try on and found the perfect shoe. The staff was great.

They have a wide selection of shoes, sandals and sneakers. Prices are not too high and many times they have sales. The people who work there are friendly and very helpful

Our family has been going here for a little over 12 years, we love Lori and the personal time she gives! There isn't another place I would think of to go get shoes!

I wear a size 14 and they had quite a bit to choose from fair prices very nice employees

They always have the right choose for me. This is the second pair of Adidas cloudfoam sneakers that I bought from them. They really make a difference for my workout at the gym.

Got my work shoes from here, they're dr. Scholl's. They're already falling apart. Not the shoe stores fault definitely the shoemaker's fault, but I will be going back to get new shoes again
