Ray and his crew were absolutely phenomenal! We’re so happy we went with his catering company for our wedding. We had a good mix of vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians and omnivores along with several food allergies. Ray worked with us to cultivate the perfect menu so that everyone would have an enjoyable meal. The food was wonderful and we’re still receiving word from our guests that it was the best wedding fare they’d ever had!

RAY is the man!! He executed our 12/30 wedding to perfection. In the process of planning and coordiating tasting, Ray was kind and patient as we weighed all of the options. He even let us add in a last minute "breakfast for dinner" feature - bacon at the cocktail hour. Shrimp and grits were a fan favorite, brisket was amazing - I am a Texan so I know my brisket :) Thank you Ray and team! We hope to need your services again in Savannah in the future!

I'm so happy we went with Ray and his team for our wedding at Red Gate! We had a great experience during the tasting and the food at the wedding lived up to the same expectations! Everyone has told me repeatedly how much they enjoyed the food, and it was awesome to be able to offer both low country boil and brisket to our guests at an affordable price point. We really appreciate them working with us and making the food such a fantastic part of our wedding!

Ray with GRV was amazing for our wedding! Through the whole process he was very prompt, kind and helpful. The selection of food was incredible from the tasting to the event itself. Everybody wanted to know who did our catering.

When Ray does a taste testing with you, he does not even have to say a word - his food speaks for itself! We highly recommend Ray for all of your catering needs.

Ray and his Staff catered our wedding at Red Gate Farms. Everyone one loved the food! He worked with me to create a menu that fit the rustic feel of the venue. We had fried chicken, waffles, shrimp and grits, mixed fruit, salad, biscuits with various jams and more. I would highly recommend!.

Ray, it was truly a pleasure to work with you on planning our daughters wedding. I appreciated your guidance on food selections! Your staff was kind and the service top notch!
