malique was very respectable and had top tier customer service. there was a technical issue trying to pay online so i came in and he navigated right through it and i was able to book my storage!

I recently moved my belongings from Store Space, 401 34th Street N, St Pete 33713, to my new apartment's garage. I had used the storage unit for several years, since the business opened under another name, right across the street from Elements on Third Apartments where I lived. The current manager, Jay, and his assistant, Malique, are both excellent. They have kept the premises clean & worked hard to address problems like missing carts, broken gates & other common issues with storage facilities. Any billing issue by the company was efficiently resolved by Jay. Both Jay & Malique have pride in the business & will take good care of you.

Malique was a great help to me in my time of need, very knowledgeable and professional in helping me find the right storage for me!! Will definitely be going back if I need a storage!

Jae was very informative and helpful. I walked in and was able to get a tour of the different units and how the facility ran. The process for getting my unit was quick and easy. I made it in at the end of day and there were still no worries!

Lyle was very helpful in getting the right unit for what I needed. Walked me through the facility, explained all of the security features, and was very patient with my questions.

I love the pull-in covered breezeway for loading and unloading and saved money on (and time) on a van rental because they had a truck big enough for me to haul it all in one load available FOR FREE.

Malique was extremely helpful, quick, efficient, a very well mannered, will highly recommend to anyone.
