Sam's Gyros and Seafood

I’ve always passed by here, today, I came in and check out their menu, Amine greeted me, recommend me to try the chicken bowl. I’m a fan of rice bowls. I tried the grilled chicken rice bowl. What can I say? What a bowl ! Super delicious. I suggest everyone to come and try Sam’s Gyros & seafood.

The food was good! But the staff was so sweet. Grateful for having places with such warm welcoming staff, i feel like we lack that a lot nowadays.. so happy with everything!

It's in kind of an older strip mall. I think an old Subway location. The people running the place are very friendly and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. The Euro was awesome. Reasonably priced The place is clean and even the bathrooms are super clean. I will absolutely come back.

They definitely have some of the best shrimp gyros around. For me it's better than Salams and it's more affordable. It's cooked to order so it's always fresh which is great.
I have found myself eating here at least once a week or once every other week.

Edited to add that they are now open till 4 am on Friday and Saturday now. It is a nice alternative to taco bell. I stopped by to get some hummus and pita to eat at home tonight and it hit the spot! The hummus wasn't the typical plain hummus which was what I was wanting and expecting, instead it was some kind of spicy hummus. It was really good and I ate it but I wish it would have been said it isn't the normal thing. It will probably be really good on falafel as well.

I had the falafal and hummus. Both were really good. The hummus was perfectly slightly gritty as if it was made in house, falafal was the same and a nice golden brown color. Only thing missing was a falafal sandwich. Owner and staff were wonderful. First day open and a lot of people showed up. Prices were very reasonable. Will be back.

A hidden gem that we stumbled into but what a treat! First the place is small but feels bigger. Second a very comfortable feeling between the owner a a widely varied community. Third and most important the food, the value and the quality. The place is very well maintained and it serves a lot of takeout to locals. My platter was extremely well proportioned and the onion rings were as good as any I have had in much more expensive places. A tasty fish filet and 10 large shrimp fried to perfection $10 INCLUDING drink. I had fresh ice tea. Mostly counter service but the owner delivered our food with a secret seafood sauce he related to his grandmother. In St. Petersburg you could spend a lot more but why? Fried Shrimp

Stopped in at the new Clearwater location for lunch. I had the fried shrimp combo and my wife had the shrimp on pita. Everything was great. Very fresh and nice portions for the cost. They have a large selection of sandwiches and seafood both fried and grilled. Definitely recommend this place.

Audrey was amazing, as soon as I walked in Audrey made me feel like I was at home! I was greeted with a warm welcome, Audrey even helped me choose what I wanted to eat because this was my first time here! I ordered my food to go but ended up staying because Audrey! They have so many options and the price’s are amazing too, I definitely recommend this spot!
The catfish here is amazing!

Amazing service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere not unlike your friendly neighborhood mom and pop shop, which this place very well might be. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended

This place is absolutely phenomenal... i'm somewhat new to the area and when I first saw a place that was selling livers and gizzards as a platter... I literally LOST IT... I made a beeline directly to this place and when I got the food it instantly transported me back to when I was a KID...

Order the #11 (shrimp)
-Have the shrimp "grilled" w/ melted butter. It's very similar to shrimp scampi and it is absolutely amazing..
-Also have them add on an extra piece of pita bread. I placed the shrimp in & pour the garlic butter on... and ENJOY!!

I COME HERE EVERY SINGLE SUNDAY... I recommend you do the same....

Gyros! BAM!!!! That's what I'm talkin' about. I served in the military and was in Turkey and Greece and Morocco. Sam's Gyro ranks up there WITH THE BEST of them. Don't miss this gem of local business. Great peeps and awesome GYROS!!!

Super dope place for gyros and seafood, their platter is massive and it has a lot of variety (calamary, shrimp, scallops…), you name it.
The wings are tasty too, would definitely recommend

I visited from Kentucky to go to my daughter's wedding, and looked up soul food near me. Sam's came up and I noticed that they had gizzards, livers, shrimp, cake, real seasoned sides, ect, so I tried it. EVERYTHING IS FABULOUS!! I'm picky and it was cheap so I tried quite a few things, gizzards and livers, perfect!!!, carrot cake, delicious, shrimp fabulous!!! I ate there the next 4 days and everything was amazing! The beautiful manager lady was so sweet, the man there was a wonderful welcoming person, + I think he was an owner. Thank you for the feeling of home with good food, and good people!! I will definitely be going back next time that I come!!

This place is absolutely amazing. Best bang for your bucks. We come every year we visit at Pete and Gulfport. So many great options on their menu and they are so kind and friendly to talk to.

First time here! Excellent food, fresh ingredients, friendly service! We had the Gyros and chicken Gyros with in-house made Tzaziki. Support this small business! We’ll definitely be back!

Did not see this coming! Looks like a gas station food situation. Everything was amazing. Scallops grilled & shrimp grilled& fried clams. Yum. Fountain machine great, sometimes it's flat at other places. Clerk helpful& nice, just had to tip.
Fast food setup, fine dining taste. Yum!!!

The menu is kinda weird and makes you feel like you’re at McDonald’s, but the place is super clean, ingredients are fresh, people are nice, and the food is amazing!
