Panera Bread

I took my daughter to lunch and loved how educsted the staff is in regards to allergens. The food was excellent. The tables were a little dirty, but nothing we couldn't wipe off. We were a little sad to see the bowls have been discontinued.

Absolutely love this location. When I place an online pick up it is ready very quickly and when I sit inside the staff is always very friendly. The food here is consistently very good.

04/06/2024 - I tried the new Italiano sandwich and it was pretty good.

Every time I come here it's amazing! I always order the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt without chicken, and they never disappoint. I'm vegetarian, so being able to customize your order is a big plus! You can even customize it to vegan options; you just have to ask! They're super clean here, too. Staff is very friendly, very understanding if you don't know what you want. Haven't had a bad experience yet!

Great food especially if it is prepared by Brooklan she pays attention to customers special request. I always order a tuna sandwich with extra mayo and onions on a croissant with extra pickles on the side and she never gets it wrong!
Today a team manager, Crispy, took my order and hed the most kind and attentive personality he was so pleasant to talk with and picked the very best orange scone for me! I definitely recommend this store as I have traveled and been to many stores this one is by far the best in customer service, food preparation and store cleanliness I have ever patronized and will certainly be returning. Thank you Panera, Gainesville Ga for the wonderful experience! Happy and prosperous New Year!

We ordered the steak, white cheddar and pickled onion sandwich and French onion soup. So so good! The soup was so rich and delicious! The sandwich has become my favorite...so flavorful with the horseradish dressing!
The associates were all friendly. The food was ready in a reasonable time and everything was fresh! Thank you! See ya next time!

Good food, bit be sure to bring an extra sweater and coat. The colder it get, the more they turn the air up! Brrr

I dropped in for lunch and got a BBQ chicken sandwich and cream of chicken with wild rice soup. My lunch was great. The service was quite fast given it was the lunch hour in a Wednesday. My favorite part was the brownie I got for a snack later in the day. Worth every calorie!

Although they messed up our Togo order, forgot my chicken on the green Goddess chicken cobb salad they made it right. It's my favorite salad there.

I give them a 5 because when they are staffed this location is awesome. HOWEVER they have been having serious staffing issues again. I go here 2 to 3 times a week for breakfast. I order on the tablet to avoid counter line and make their job easier. On Friday February 18th I waited over 12 minutes for an Egg and cheese on Brioche. My egg is over easy. I got the sandwich which was piping hot and the egg was completely cooked through. I ate it unhappily because I just did not have the energy to go fight about this again since the people working have nothing to do with staffing, they are there working. Could someone PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS GOOD from leadership get involved and fix the Gainesville stores staffing issues.

Love this place great food and fresh.... it's so hard to find a good soup and salad combo.... the street corn chowder was amazing!!!

They're always nice to me. But they have a little bit of an attitude at times. I don't feel like the employees are exactly happy being there.....at times. I can't get out of there without spending $15. 🤣😭🤪

This is one of my favorite places to eat. I'm here at least 3 times a week. I've only had one bad experience and that was ages ago. So happy their back to busy now if you know some quality ppl in need of a job I'm sure they would love to train them to make all my awesome meals lol.

Their curbside pickup works very well. Order before you leave home. Press the "I'm here" button in your confirmation email and they bring your food right out to you. By the way, their Margherita flatbread pizza is excellent.

Great food. Online order, walk-in pickup is great.
