Polo Club Apartments

Sheila, Nicole and Gilbert were great to work with! Very transparent and easy to work with. They got me in to an apartment in a timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with! Thank you Polo Club apartments!

This is my story about finding Polo Club. I had been having so many issues at a few different apartment complexes I was applying to. Staff giving me excuses like “we’re short staffed… be patient with us… we understand your situation…” these things were said to me after a month of turning in my application and being promised a place by my move-out date, then proceeding to tell me the place I applied to wasn’t ready after a month. All of these inconveniences due to laziness and poor customer service skills. No one ever reached back out to me, never emailed back… all until I found Polo Club, or the true hero in this story, Keyounia. She was so quick with everything and helped me get approved and moved in within just 5 days. She is awesome and very nice. I Hope other people find this place if they’re having a hard time with other complexes

I've had nothing but good experiences here! The management is friendly, the neighbourhood is quiet and safe, and repairs have always been on time for the very few times I've needed things looked at.

Management and staff are amazing and always willing to help. Maintenance is also quick to fix work orders. Overall they are very friendly and always trying to give back to the complex community with special events.

I moved in this month (October 2023) and my experience so far is great. The maintenance service comes quickly and the office staff are professional and polite. I would recommend these apartments to live in are they are quiet too.

I went to the polo club last weekend. The location was quiet. Claire was awesome. Great customer service very nice. Showed us the grounds. Answer all the questions I had or may had. Nice to apartment. I loved, she have convinced me to move from where I’m at to Stone Mountain. I have referred another person near ,she was willing to help them as well. Shout out to Claire!

As a resident of Polo Club Apartment for years have experienced excellent service from both management and maintenance staff management always willing to listen to your observations as to what might be happening in our complex and always surrounded by positive team members!

Sheila provided the ultimate experience with genuine customer service and an enjoyable property tour! Visiting Polo Club allowed me to receive all of the information and honest feedback I was looking for! This property and staff comes highly recommend as an ideal place to call home! Very impressive!

I was greeted with friendly and welcoming service . Omg Ms Sheila was such great and big help she sold us . She need a raise honestly. She was so pleasant and so accommodating to everyone who walked through the building whether current residents or future residents. She was the best

Keyounia was super helpful and efficient with my first apartment . i cant wait to move in . The apartment are so beautiful and in a nice area.

I visited this place to inquire about availability. I was pleasantly surprised by Ms. Sheila to be exact. She was so warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I was looking for a place for family, she made me want to move in myself. Oh yea, the apartment we viewed was nice also. It was clean and modern.

Polo Club Apartments is most definitely the best complex I’ve ever resided in. The leasing office staff makes you feel extremely welcomed and well taken care of. Property Manager is by far the most professional and efficient with guaranteeing lessee’s are safe and apartment are well maintained. Lastly the maintenance team are very well organized and sufficient thanks to Ms.Herndon.

Apartment would have been a Mobil swimming unit lol i have been calling for a week complaining about water damage in my master bedroom that was spreading ,and kept on receiving reassurance that someone will come out and fix it under same day ..LIES. No one came ,i called today miss Sheilette had those people in my home under 18 mins with my issue resolved and called back with a confirmation of everything that was done and fixed she also is assisting me with getting my vents fixed that havnt been working since i moved into the complex within my master bedroom so i am forever grateful for her great customer service and her on point attitude she is really here for the people and not just for the money you can tell by her tone and how she got my issue resolved so quickly Miss Sheilette if i had a ring pop i would marry you lol !!! Thank you so much for making my day !! I really appreciate you for that !!

At this apartment their customer service for applicants was wonderful. I had the experience of touring the apartment building and it was outstanding. If anyone wants a good assistance on in this compound I recommend Sheila. She was very helpful on the process and everything.

I have been living here for 5 years and with in those 5 years of living here I must say Mrs. Sheila Herndon has been doing a fantastic job from maintaining the property to doing special events for the families that live here. Thank you Sheila for all that you have done and all that you do. Keep up the great work😊

I didn’t read the reviews until after I was approved. I was a little scared to move in because of the reviews. I’ve been here a couple weeks now and I must say Anthony made the process very easy and understandable. Everyone in the office was very welcoming even after my move in day. I’ve had minor issues with the unit but the maintenance team has made it a priority to fix each thing to my liking. Also, I haven’t had one bug in my unit. I look forward to the months to come and will leave a new review within the next 6 months.

Sheila was the best! During our walk through she was very thorough and attentive! She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the units. The units we toured were nice as well! I will be heavily considering these apartments!

I’ve Resided at the Polo Club for almost three years now, and I am proud to say each year they’re improving throughout their establishment and within the community! I love how they try to incorporate giving back to their residents through holiday dinners, providing resources, giving guidance, and maintenance! This past week I’ve put in three maintenance request, and each were serviced within one days time span. I could go on all day about my love for Polo Club, but I’ll just conclude with saying if your looking for a place to grow and have a safe living environment for your family, then this is the place!
