ACT Vacation Rentals

We rented a condo at the Friendly Native and had a fabulous week. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our family. The complex was clean and well maintained with a beautiful pool. The location was perfect, just steps away from the gorgeous beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. ACT was responsive and made reservations, payment, check-in and out a breeze! I highly recommend and we hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay with our 3 kids. The condo was just right for a family of 5. The walk to the beach was great.

We loved Cuban sandwiches, owners are very friendly gave us free coffee!

Wonderful.. Just Wonderful

Is February we rented a condo and was very happy with it and asked "Roger" who apparently has two last names if we could reserve the same condo next year for X amount of dollars. He said yes and I told him I wouldn't have the flight schedule until a little bit later on. He said that was fine. When I contacted him once the schedule came out he told me the price had increased for my dates but he could possibly make it work with an earlier time in January. I asked what the dates would be and also what the new price would be for the dates we wanted and he won't respond.
