I’ve been doing business with this branch for several years now and I would like to say I have never had a bad experience.C.Nicholls is very helpful and friendly.I also met a teller at the front counter about a month ago and she was very friendly.I do not know if she’s a floater because I haven’t seen her since.I could not take my eyes of her she has beautiful red hair and blue eyes.her name is Kyla.MIDFLORIDA is an awesome bank.

I am a new member to Mid-Florida. My experience with Catherine Clark was Great!! She was patient, thorough, matched me to the best account to suit my needs. A month later had a question, called her directly, she conversed with ne like I had just been in her office yesterday. Nice to be treated like a person not a number. Btw the branch I recieved such great service is located in Pinellas Park. I'm glad I finally walk in those doors.

Good bank! I have direct deposit and pay the $1 extra for early paycheck and end up getting my paycheck via direct deposit about 4-5 days earlier than most of my co-workers. The staff are always super helpful. If I've got to go inside the bank, it's super fast and I never have to wait long at all. This is the only bank where I don't get dinged for fees for everything I do, unlike other Banks I have used in the past. They also have a coin machine that only account holders can use, which I love using once my change jar fills up. The drive thru is open later than most banks 7am-7pm on weekdays only. Overall, I haven't had any issues with this bank since I have opened an account with them, their staff at this bank are super helpful and very kind and courteous. I'm very happy to have opened an account with them. The other Banks I have used before Midflorida were rather frustrating. Midflorida is great.

Always a great experience. Quick to shut your card off if their is a charge from somewhere unusual. Good and can be inconvenient. At least their looking out for their members though!
