Majestic Beach Condo

My sister and I had an awesome 4 day stay at this condo! Lana was an excellent communicator and made sure all of our questions were answered, pre, during and post trip. She has stocked the condo with everything that you need! We loved the whole closet that was dedicated to the beach, from chairs to umbrellas and coolers! The coffee bar was also a great touch. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure after a day at the beach. It was super convenient to be directly across the street from the beach and not have to deal with parking (although it does come with a parking pass too if you have a car). We did not have a car and found it very easy to walk to great restaurants and bars. There’s also a free shuttle that takes you around the beachfront area (drivers work for tips). Just to note, the condo is on the second floor, up one flight of steps. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the pool or shuffleboard court but those are included as well. Overall, fantastic stay! Can’t wait to come back and will recommend it to family and friends! Book it; you won’t regret!

This was the most perfect place to stay! Right in the beach and close to many great food options and our favorite Larry’s ice cream! Lana, the owner is so kind and extremely helpful. Before, during and after our stay she made sure that we had everything we needed and was great with communication! I would recommend this place to everyone and I definitely hope to come back!

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights in October of 2023. Apartment is very clean and had everything we needed, even beach chairs and umbrellas. Great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Lana is a great host and was in touch with us all the time to make sure that everything was ok. She gave us many recommendations where to eat and what to see, even recommended the driver who took us to the airport since we did not have a car. We will come back again !

Majestic Beach Condo was a fantastic getaway from everyday life! The coffee station in the unit was easy and great to start the day with. The condo was decorated perfectly. Clean, great location, lots of local restaurants / bars within walking distance and of course the beach (Not even a 5 minute walk)!! Definitely recommend and will be back in the coming future!

We stayed at this accommodation in October 2023 for 6 nights (3 adults). The appartment has everything you need (tea, coffee, plenty of towels,shower gels, airco etc) + a bunch of additional beach accessories. It is very clean and just 2 min away from St. Pete beach, with free parking. Sofa easily becomes a comfy bed to sleep, so perfect for 3-4 people. Thank you Lana for your hospitality and we for sure would stay there again!

Great stay. Very clean place. Much cleaner than other nearby places where we stayed before. All beach amenities provided by a very accommodating host Lana. Her coffee temple is awesome. Accommodate all different coffee lovers we had in our family. Balcony not very large but perfect for two people to enjoy the coffee and the gulf breeze. We loved that beach and restaurants are so close by. Already planning our next visit.

Best restaurants in town so close by - you don’t have to use your car you just walk there. This condo is steps away from the best beach!! We saw some dolphins and manatees at the beach.
Unit was well stocked with things we needed and the coffee bar was wonderful. It was so nice to have a spotless place with a fantastic location. Highly recommend to everyone.

The condo is super clean, has everything you need for a personalized hassle free stay. Lana thought through every aspect of her guests stay, from providing free coffee to beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved the location so close to the beach. Free parking right outside of the building. Laundry in the complex is a huge plus! Free wifi and full kitchen for convenient cooking of simple breakfast to a full lunch or dinner. It was especially important for us since we have kids with special needs who are on a strict diet. For those who dont want to cook- tons of restaurants within a walking distance. Lana, thanks again for your wonderful hospitality and place that felt like home for those days we stay.

Excellent location only steps from beautiful St. Pete peaches. We rented a car but barely used it because there were so many great restaurants and shops less than a mile away. Lana checked in multiple times to make sure everything was OK for us and gave great local recommendations. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Would return, thanks!

We stay at Lana’s condo for 5 nights in June. Very convenient location, just a walk to the beautiful beach. The condo is small but has everything you would need. Publix and restaurants are very close
