RDG Roofing

We are very pleased with our new roof. There was extremely rainy weather in the weeks before we were scheduled but Manuel was very good at keeping us posted about the delays and when the job would be done. RDG was recommended to us by a couple of people and their estimate was very reasonable. They were also up front about other possible expenses we might experience. We feel satisfied that we received good value for money.

We were very pleased with RDG Roofing and highly recommend them. Their prices were reasonable and labor warranty is longer than most. A neighbor hired another well known roofer before we hired RDG and is still waiting. We had just over a month wait in the middle of the rainy/busy season before work began. RDG has a large crew and had the whole job completed from delivery of materials, to installation and clean up in less than 24 hours. The neighbor has been waiting months and finally had the shingles delivered last week, piles of shingles are sitting on their roof, but still no sign of workers.

RDG did a great job on our roof. Chris V was very knowledgeable and personable, and beat others with his bid. Manuel did a great job overseeing project, and re-screwing metal roof on boathouse while Adelso's crew on the house was doing asphalt shingles on the house. Awesome job on the cleanup too!Both came out great

RDG Roofing replaced two roofs for us this past year and we couldn't be more pleased! After having them replace the first roof we knew we would definitely use them again. RDG does top-notch quality work and at competitive prices! The entire team...Danny, Miguel, Kylie, Cesar and the entire crew truly care about their customers and it shows. Cesar and the crew are some of the hardest most conscientious workers we have seen in a long time! They documented the damaged wood beneath the old shingles as they were removed and kept us informed along the way. All of our questions were answered and they were thorough with clean-up when done. You always hear nightmares about the roofing industry, but they are definitely the exception. I had a leak over my Christmas tree I searched and read so many reviews and this was the only company I came across that was consistent with 5 stars. I gave them a call and the Manager Manuel was very pleasant on the phone and scheduled me for the next day. He was prompt and very friendly. He pinned point the problem quickly and efficiently. Whole process took maybe 30 mins tops. Fixed the leak, answered all my concerns. We know within in the year we will be needing a new roof and I can say with no hesitation I will definitely be calling them! Thank you again!

We are so happy that we decided to go with RDG Roofing. We had several roofing contractors come out and give us a quote and Danny was the only one that went above and beyond to give us a very accurate estimate as well as worked with us on the pricing due to the fact that we already knew we were going to have to replace several sheets of plywood that were rotted due to the previous home owners only placing another layer of shingles on top of rotted wood.
Our roof has never looked so good. I have had several neighbors tell me how amazing my roof looks. I would not hesitate to hire RDG again for any of my roofing needs. The guys at RDG did an amazing job on my roof. There metal Fab is second to none, Chris and his entire Crew were very courteous and professional.I strongly advise anyone who is looking for a good price and a professional install call these guys and tell them shut up and take my money. That’s how good they are .

I called RDG roofing for a leak in my roof that was going to one of the bedrooms . Doug had his worker come found the leak and fixed it within 2 days. But that's not were It stopped. I then asked Doug how much would it be for a new roof since there were lots of lose shingles even though i got a new roof after the 2004 hurricanes thinking at that time the roofers that did the work then rushed the job since so many roofs were damaged also they are no longer in business. So Doug gave me the estimate but did not stop there he also had his person meet with me and the inspector for the insurance company to prove that high winds caused this issue. After all was said and done the insurance company paid for the roof as well as the leak in one of the bedrooms to fix the ceiling. Then after I got the approval Doug's Crew came within a week and put up the new roof. I was able to upgrade the roof since the insurance company paid nice! I was very impressed with Doug's crew and the work they did. They took the extra steps to make sure it was done correctly replacing the dry rot , wood; re-nailing the wood planks and so on. There crew chief Ceaser was real easy to work with and the crew itself really seem to be organized and efficient the way they work everyone worked well together and new the job they had to do . A well oiled machine. I just like to thank RDG roofing for the great job they did and definitely would recommend them as your next roofer.

After the hurricane, we called RDG Roofing and they were very quick to respond. They immediately put a blue tarp on our roof to prevent further damage. When the insurance adjuster arrived, they were there helping answer questions he had. Once we had the claim check, we not only hired them to do the roof, but to be the general contractor on all our property repairs.

Every step of the way, Danny represented us well and professionally. He helped us go back to the insurance company for damage we did not initially see and recoup some of the additional costs.

He always followed through with what he said he would do. He was able to get everything done within what the insurance paid for and in the time expected. Everything was completed in about five months.

If there were any issues, he made sure he followed up. It felt like we had someone in our corner speaking the language of subcontractors. Many of these things we would not have been as knowledgeable.

Danny and RDG found respectable, conscientious, and professional high quality subcontractors. They were all a pleasure to work with and do the various repairs.

Over the years I have worked with other contractors and they never followed through or came in on budget like Danny at RDG Roofing has done. If you are looking for someone to do this kind of work, you’ll find a good company in RDG.

After suffering a partial roof failure last summer, I spent much time looking for roof repairs. The only company that was willing to do what the customer needed which was repair work was RDG. Chris came out got the information he needed and gave me a price. This year I replaced the 18-year-old roof and of course had lots of bids for my business. Now this is how grateful customers respond to outstanding customer service. RDG took care of my serious issue last year and I responded in kind with loyalty and trust. Getting a new roof can be scary but RDG Roofing was truly a blessing! From Danny in sales answering all my questions to project manager Miguel making everything happen in a timely manner, to the punctual crew who worked none stop till job was finished. RDG roofing replaced gutters and roof in a very professional manner. Their crew were fast, accurate, and totally professional. They completed roof in three days and gutters in 2 days. RDG ROOFING: There is a reason they earn 5 stars. Excellent Service! Always showed up on time. Price was reasonable. Job was completed on time as promised. The boss on the job was Caesar and he was extremely professional and meticulous! After watching Caesar it was obvious that he has pride in his work and was not satisfied unless everything was perfect! They were here several days and at the end of each day everything was picked up, checked for nails, and neatly left. Even at the end of the job and I figured they'd be long gone Carlos was still here manually checking if any nails fell in the bushes and then up on the roof rechecking the quality of their work. Plus being an older female I felt respected and was not taken advantage of!! (Sadly, I did not find that with all the companies I reached out to for an estimate.) I am thrilled that I chose them to replace my roof. Thank you Danny (Sales Manager) and Caesar.

Honestly, my re-roof had a lot of hiccups along the way. There were some delays, some additional repairs due to accidents during the project, etc. It didn't move along as smoothly as I hoped.

With all of that said, we had a great job site manager, Emmanuel, who was responsive, attentive and resolved everything that we needed fixed in the end.

We have a really good looking roof and gutters and we are thankful for that!

In my opinion, sometimes the best review isn't a 5 star review, singing the praises of the best service experience ever. This re-roof had bumps along the way. Nonetheless, I'm giving RDG a 5 star review because they stood by their good name and product and made things right in the end. That goes along way. I think when you find a home service provider you want the confidence that they will take care of you and make things right even if things go wrong. RDG did that for me.

Called RDG about getting an estimate for replacing my old roof and gutters. They were among five companies that I called for estimates. Danny came out within a couple of days. He was very knowledgeable, polite, professional, respectful and answered all my questions. Danny responded to my phone calls when I had more questions and always made me feel comfortable about a big expensive project for me. I ended up choosing RDG because they gave me the best price, best labor warranty, answered all my questions, no sub-contractors, and made me feel comfortable that I made the right choice. I felt like I could trust them which is so important when you are spending that much money. Manuel scheduled and managed my project and I felt like the same service continued from Danny to Manuel. They finished my roof and gutters a week ago. It looks very good and so do the gutters! Everything was done as they said it would be no hidden surprises. I highly recommend RDG from the beginning to end. They are a professional, reliable, honest, reasonable and just a good company to work with. Keep up the good work we need more companies out there like you!

After researching several roof businesses and getting estimates from many of them I chose RDG roofing. Danny was my first contact with the estimate. He was very professional kind and on time with our appointment. The estimate was within my price range and Danny was knowledgeable and made me feel like the company would do it right. Aristo was the crew leader. Manuel the project manager and Henry the foreman on the job. This crew worked like nothing I had seen. They were very professional respectful and did one heck of a job. I highly recommend this company. From beginning to end they were the roof replacement company I had hoped for.

I networked with RDG when they left a business card on my door after completing a neighbor's roof last year. This year I decided to go ahead and have a new roof done on my house. For me, they came in slightly lower than the other estimates I got. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, with great communication, and very reliable. They did the roof in 1 day on my house which is 1,800 sq ft. I was amazed at how the crew of 8 worked so efficiency. They did a great job putting tarps over my landscaping, so plants had minimal damage and there were virtually no nails on the ground after the job. Would definitely recommend, and have already referred a few others to RDG.

I contacted several contractors after experiencing storm damage. RDG did not pressure me to sign a contract assigning the benefits from my claim, which is common practice among many contractors. I researched the company and read many exceptional reviews that made me comfortable with hiring them. From the beginning of the process Danny was kind, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked hard to fight my claim with my insurance carrier. Manuel, the project leader, was also a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed throughout the process and took photographs of the whole process on the day of the installation so that I could document additional underlying damage. The crew arrived early and finished the same day. The new roof looks beautiful. I definitely recommend RDG. Thanks again to the entire crew.

We decided after contacting 5-6 roofer companies (for estimates), to go with RDG roofing. These guys from RDG, were absolutely friendly, have manners, great presentation, quick responses with emails , calls or text messages, not pushy at all (not like other companies). Their roofers from Central and South America were absolutely friendly, polite, hard workers and very helpful .... Everybody from the office to the roofer team, representatives of the company, cleaners what have you...just the whole team was """""phenomenal"""" You guys are the best :-). Thank you so, so much :-) You guys should win the Oscar and the Nobel prize and whatever is out there :-).
